POOL: Beware the main pool can be accessed by the public during 10am to 6pm, so you will get CHILDREN at this adult only resort! I found this misleading in the description but the small print does indeed tell you this (found this out after questioning the hotel staff). My personal view is an ADULT ONLY hotel should not allow children to access the pool at any time. While I don't have problem with children it just seemed disappointing and I chose this resort due to one of my family having a disability and needing quieter options. And yes there are two pools but the adult only one is MUCH smaller and not suitable for swimming, rather just to cool off and sit in the bubbly bit. The snack bar did not have too many options but served nice coffee. Just be sure to read all the small print :)

The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. The spa is well kept and pleasant and the massage I had was really good. Breakfast offers a varied selection (hot and cold) and it was delicious. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Nice and well kept outdoor area with two pools. The larger one was open to the public, the small one for hotel guests only. The town was quite quiet when we were there (late August), but that suited our needs. The part of the lake the hotel is situated on is great for kite surfers, not ideal for swimming if that is your priority. A nice restaurant is nearby and was recommended to us by the lovely receptionist. All in all this is a pleasant resort with a very nice outdoor area and cosy spa. The hotel also welcomes quite a few feline guests in case that matters to you. We enjoyed our two night stay!

We found yellow marks on the bedsheets which is not good not cleaned enough. It mentions its adult o ly yet kids from neighbourhood can come during the day which is ok except they were so damn noisy we could not enjoy the pool calmly

The place is really beautiful with a lot of activities far from busy como yet accessible by ferry to the entire lake. Very relaxing

This is more of a suggestion: the driver the hotel arranged who was supposed to pick us up 4:30 am in the morning to take us to the airport 1.5 hours away never showed up, and the poor gentleman working the front desk frantically tried to find us another ride. At 6:00 am, he finally found another driver who had to rush to get us in his own small car that had to fit our large suitcases. The driver got us to the airport 1/2 hour before the gate closed and we nearly missed our flight. Very harrowing experience, but kudos to the driver, Alberto, he tried to calm us and got us there safe and sound. Suggestion: the hotel should confirm the ride the night before to help ensure the driver will show up and have a back-up driver readily available as well.

Very friendly and helpful front desk, super delicious breakfast buffet with wonderful selection of hot and cold foods, clean rooms with comfortable beds, nice pool area and proximity to lake.

The car park inside of the hotel complex was full, so we had to use the hotel car park outside. We were given a card to place behind the windscreen. This car park is only intended for hotel guests, but is also used by beach visitors and is therefore overcrowded. There is only a chain and no barrier, so anyone can use it. The hotel does not check whether others are also using the place. This makes it difficult to find a parking space. The seating area lacks privacy. There is no partition between neighbouring rooms.

Beautifully landscaped complex with pool, wellness area, bar and restaurant right on the lake. Everything is on one level and quiet, yet within walking distance of the centre.

Would be great to be able to lock the door when going to the pool directly from the room rather than keeping room door open or choosing to walk through the reception if you wanted balcony room closed. Food at the takeaway bar by the beach was average.

The quality of the materials used in the bathroom feels a little cheap. Mostly squeaky plastic and fake chrome. Does not give a luxury/4* feeling - but it works :)

It is an adults only facility, but the large pool is open for access so kids in there playing during the day. The smaller bar/restaurant was ok and staff nice, however they served very mediocre food (for example pizza that was clearly frozen and warmed up from the store).

I’m happy that I chose this hotel for my stay, but there was a problem with the communication through booking chat with property, I have received many spam messages leading to a payment page that wasn’t related to booking but with booking interface, for once I felt uncomfortable and nervous. The messages were contained scam links and they were treating to cancel my reservation if we don’t pay. After the chat with booking team they made me sure that it won’t be any issues,and I ignored messages.

It’s was good located nearby the train station, staff were super nice, it was clean and organising.
