Everything was absolutely perfect

We had the most spectacular stay here! The photos are good but the apartment is even better in person. Lots of space and high end finishes makes the stay very comfortable. Also, the host is so helpful and available if you need anything. They even left us food and drinks which was appreciated after a long travel day. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms clean, functional kitchen with coffee from the host. 2 balconies. Elevator. Close to restaurants and shopping and we walked to the train station.

Everything !! Location was fantastic the apartment was stocked with fresh fruit food and drinks , wine and beers you didn’t need to go shopping . It was immaculately cleaned . The host Glenda could not do enough for you .

Absolutely nothing!

EVERYTHING! This was by far our favourite accomodation experience of our 4 week trip to Italy. The apartment was spacious and so comfortable. We loved sitting out on the little balcony each morning and having a coffee and listening to the church bells. What an amazing way to start the day. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. The location was excellent too and very central to all cafes/bars. Now onto Glenda and the level of care and service she provided! Even before our arrival the communication was excellent, when we arrived Glenda had organised a parking spot for our car and met us there with her Father who then drove his car with our luggage to the apartment. The amount of food and wine provided was mind blowing and we enjoyed eating breakfast in the apartment daily. This was the only apartment where we stayed in for breakfast and came home early as we wanted to spend more time in then out! To note, La Spezia is also a great base to explore Cinque Terre and we really loved the area, it is an easy 10/15 walk to the train station for stops to CT. Glenda also helped us with checkout assistance and helped us with our bags to get back to our car. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment and our lovely host Glenda. Our group are still talking about our stay here a week later! I would absolutely not consider staying anywhere else.

Beds have a kind of a wooden "frame" / "border" all around, on every side, that makes sleeping so inconvenience and the lie down / standing up, a real trouble. We missed a handle in the shower, it's very dangerous to slide ! Keep on your mind that the first bedroom has a balcony, without a window in the bathroom, and the second has 2 windows in the bathroom and the bedroom, but not a balcony.

The fridge was full of EVERYTHING (coffee, fresh fruits, milk, yogurts, marmalades, honey, many bottles of water, juices, wines etc.), so we every morning had an excellent breakfast at the balcony with a nice view from the 7th floor ! In case that you want/need anything else, there is a big Super Market, just outside of the building front door. Also - except the coffee maker - there was a toaster. Recycling boxes in the kitchen. Bathrobes, slippers and many toiletries in the nice bathroom. Excellent and so polite homeowner, offered us a transfer to the train station (many thanks to her mother!)

Wonderful apartment with loads of space, very well appointed and a lots of food and wine, and many teas to choose from. Great central location and easy Wal King distance to station and port. Glenda was a very helpful host especially helping with transfers from Pisa airport late at night.

There was literally nothing bad.

It was an amazing stay! Glenda is an excellent host, apartments are even better than on the pictures. We were met with nice snacks, food and drinks ready, which really helped us not to worry about the breakfast for the morning. You have literally everything in this apartment to have a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent and very quick. We are very grateful for such an experience and service. It was really a place we were looking to come back to in the evening.

An exceptional apartment that has been tastefully renovated with numerous luxury features. Lots of space, two en-suites, and everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Access to a car park was very helpful. Glenda was extremely helpful at all times. One of the best apartments we stayed in during our European trip. Highly recommended!!

From the moment we arrived at la Spezia, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Glenda’s dedication to providing outstanding service was evident in every interaction, she speaks many languages and greeted us with few works in Arabic, which shows the utmost attention and interest in welcoming her guests since we were traveling from the UAE. The space felt like home, and we all loved it from the hanging Rolling Stones art to the acrylic hangars in the showers:) every detail is done amazingly and thoroughly. Moreover i have to say that the host's generosity was remarkable! Glenda did not only provide all the necessary amenities but also went the extra mile by offering a range of generous provisions and local food and wine. It was a pleasant surprise to find such thoughtful gestures that added an extra touch of comfort and warmth.
