Great location - very near Piazzale Michaelangelo viewpoint and an easy walk across the river into central Florence. Nice restaurants and cafes/bars very near by. Large rooms/apartment space. Very clean. Welcoming staff.

WOW!!! simply WOW! I wish I could keep this place a secret, but also desperately want to spread the word how amazing the price/quality/location of this palazzo is. Our apartment was huge with 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen/dining area. The furniture and decor was beautifully designed and stylish. We could not believe how lucky we were to stay in this location in Florence. The location is very quiet, across the river from the city center, yet 10 minutes walking from all the major tourist attractions. The restaurants and bakeries nearby are all lovely. There are several outdoor, public parking spots nearby. where you can park your car and pay for multiple days in a row, but they can also recommend a garage nearby. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and the common areas (outdoor patio, free sparkling water, etc) was lovely. We were allowed to leave our luggage there on the last day for more sightseeing and still use the common areas (patio, bathroom) as well. We walked everywhere and did not use our car for the entire stay. My only regret is that we only stayed 3 nights, I could have stayed a whole week.

Nothing, it was all fabulous

We had the penthouse apartment with the roof terrace and it was absolutely incredible! The apartments really large and spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything you’d need for a stay. We were amazed when we first checked in as there seemed to be so many rooms to explore! The courtyard area was lovely for breakfast and we used the rooftop area for sunset drinks with an amazing view over Florence. The apartment was really well located, only about a 5-10 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and the palaces/museums. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, we arrived before our room was ready and were invited to wait in a lovely communal sauce in the basement where you could also get hit and cold drinks. Overall we lived this place, and it felt really special staying there.

Its a new experience of Self check-in specially if you arrive after 6 pm. But the staff (Daniella) was really friendly and kind and mentioned all the details in the briefing document. The hotel is a royal kind of place with apartments spacious and has everything you will need

The Serristori was awesome. We had room 11, that had a nice outdoor patio where we were able to sit/enjoy and relax with a nice bottle of wine. The room also had a nice "family"/sitting room (indoor) with a couch, as well and a wonderful little kitchen, with breakfast nook.

Nothing is was lovely

The property is very grand and yet really comfortable. The staff were very nice. We really liked this location and wished we had booked 2 nights here instead of moving on. Location was along the river abs it gave us a pretty walk back. We really enjoyed staying at this apartment

Beautiful residence with large apartment size rooms, beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. We would Etsy here again in a heartbeat.

When it came time to leave there were no taxis available. The receptionist suggested we take a bus to the train station, as the stop was right outside the hotel. However, when we asked him how to get tickets for the bus, the receptionist said it was easy to pay with credit card aboard the bus. He failed to mention that you have to have a DIFFERENT credit card for every person. We were traveling with our 2 kids and we didn't have 4 different credit cards, so we got a €120 fine. The system in Florence is the problem, but our hotel should have and give the correct information to clients.

The room was absolutely beautiful, with a terrace and big windows, large rooms and lovely decor.

Parking in Florence is a nightmare with horrendous parking restrictions. Need to garage your cat at EUR 40 per day
