How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Perfect location close to Bergamo Airport (for early flights). Room was spotless. Tea/coffee making facilities. Supplying a large bottle of water and packets of biscuits were lovely touches. Bus shuttle service available or 25 min walk to terminal.

Cos i travel all around the world constantly,i developed a strategy never to be dissapointed or impressed about my stay,however Seriana really impressed me!First of all,they are acurate with the comunication process,really well organised and easy to self check in,having a late flight.Second…it was sparkling clean,it is just a bed and breakfast concept but really really clean.Last but not least,the hosts..imagine after 2 h sleep a kind lady smiles at you asking what kind of coffee would you like?!and cooking next door a very delicious breakfast for you!that was amazing!thank you again and keep up with the great work!

Everything was perfect
The lady at the reception was super nice. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. We had an early flight, it is a 20 minute walk from this hotel to the airport. It is perfect if you have a flight from Bergamo. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great :)
Walking distance from the airport (Orio, Bergamo) - 20-25 minutes. Very clean, comfortable room. Very nice owner. His recomendation for restaurant - excellent choice and great evening with discount. Cold drinks in the fridge for normal price. Quiet, but still you can hear some airplanes. Very good price for such a nice place !

It is close to the Bergamo Airport. Ideal for late flights. We arrived around 1am and the staff let us in our room. Room is spacious, clean. Bathroom is spacious.

Close to the airport, aprox. 20-25 minutes walk but the place also offers rides to the airport for an extra cost. Simple and clean, for a sleep before flying next day

It was easy to find this hotel. Very clean bed linen and spacious rooms. Super helpful owner sorting out our travel to the airport at a short notice.

We were offered another room instead of the one from Booking site location due to repairing the bathroom from the original triple room, which was ~300m away from the location described on Booking.com. However,this was not a big issue, we did walk to the airport anyway (~25 min).
Big size apartment with 2 beds+1 bathroom, all very clean and very well maintained, bottled water, few snacks and tea& coffee bags in the room. A small inconvenience is heating with AC devices, which have to work all night. The host was responsive to late check-in. Thank you!

Very very nicr and clean room especially for one nught stay! We had very early flight to Athens so we woke up and went on foot! 26 minutes to the airport from a walking path with light! Excellent stay!

It was an annoying bell from a church that started sounding in morning at 6 a.m. from 30 to 30 mins. Not property fault but very annoying.
It's close to airport and pretty silent during night. Staff is friendly and used to people arriving later in night. Room was clean and cozy, there was air conditioning and everything needed including water. You can leave when you want till check out in morning so it's very flexible.
