The location of the hotel is amazing - next to the lake and close to the ferry, with lovely walks along the lake. The private beach area with olive trees and beanbags is a fantastic place to sit and relax. Rooms are nicely decorated with a contemporary feel and lots of quirky touches.

Everything was great… just thought the ordered breakfast could have had more choice, like muesli/granola. It did have a good selection of bread and croissants.

Perfect location, a little away from the main town on Monte Isola, with a ferry dock 50 m away. Rooms, views, staff and facilities at the inn were all fantastic. Even a private area on the lake for swimming, with the most comfortable bean bags!

Breakfast was really great. Mixed fruit, yoghurt, cooked eggs, croissants, bread, jam, cream, custard, coffee & juice! Amazing. The location is beautiful. Their spiaggia is absolutely magical, the perfect setting for a dip in the lake, & their bean bags are perfect for sunbathing. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We felt really at home. We received a text after check-in detailing all that was on offer which was so useful! We ended up renting bikes at €5 an hour to sight see. Worth every single penny - we had an incredible stay.

The food was AMAZING!!! Every breakfast was wonderful! And the dinner and gelato was incredible! The staff was also really lovely and helpful and had great recommendations of what to do on the island. I loved this place! Would defs recommend.

Great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts, great view from roof terrace and nice food in the courtyard downstairs.Quit private garden by lake with good swimming. Lack of cars on the island was a wonderful relief and frequency of ferries made Sensole very accessible.

Not the hotel's fault but there are no real other options nearby for an evening meal, unless you want to take a bit of a walk into Peschiera. The food at the hotel is good so it wasn't a big problem.

Lovely place in a very nice location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. (Thanks again to Giovanni for helping us out with the football! But all the staff were really nice.) Little grass beach area is good for a sunbathe and swim. Breakfast was good. Lovely views from the roof terrace.

Sensole is the most beautiful small village in an idyllic situation, the hotel is efficient whilst relaxed, the staff are kind and friendly.

The only think I disliked, was the fact that we had to leave.

So serene and calm! It is only a 1.5 hour drive from the city of Milano. What I loved about Sensole is how self sufficient they are, from the restaurant, the private beach, the aperitivo, everything is very well thought of and done with intention. A meal at their fine dining restaurant G.Lab is an absolute must. My gratitude to Giovanni and all the staff working tirelessly to make sure all of the guests needs are not only met, but exceeded. Complementi ragazzi a presto!

Everything was amazing! The location is special, the staff super friendly and accomodating. Top quality restaurant, and the private hotel beach for afternoon drinks and swimming was really amazing. Wish we had extended our stay here.

Having a restaurant on site is a major plus (and the food, breakfast & dinner, was excellent), as Sensole is quiet small, so there are not a lot of restaurants in the area.

The rooms were a little basic and the bathroom wasn’t really updated.

It was really nicely updated and had sweet little touches like cookies on arrival and welcome cards. The bed was also comfortable and the restaurant/bar downstairs was great. The staff were really lovely too. Located in a nice quiet area on the island.

It was incredibly hot when we stayed and the building aircon struggled, our room was above the kitchen so it was hard to open windows without noise & delicious smells, but the team went out of their way to provide an additional aircon unit which we really appreciated.

A little slice of heaven, the food and drink are insanely good and you can tell the staff are passionate about their creations. The location is a perfect escape from the crowds. Being on a tiny island with no cars is very exciting to Londoners. Service is exceptional, all the staff were friendly and incredibly hard working.
