Great breakfast, great staff and very accommodating for check out Didn't get to try the pool because of the weather

I really enjoyed my stay. For the price, it was great and perfect for an overnight stay. The breakfast was very rich and varied. We didn’t use the pool, as we were away the whole day. Towels and bed linen were changed daily, which was very convenient. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, as well as the staff at breakfast. On our last day we left very early at 5:30 in the morning, and they kindly prepared a breakfast box for us upon prior request.

The bed was not a double. It was two twin beds pushed together. Not comfortable at all! The rooms were old and the bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the shower.

They were very kind, they changed our room withoit hesitation when we asked for that, the breakfast was a dream... we enjoyed our stay so much!

Breakfast was lovely , and nice violinist kept us entertained. Nice big bathroom

The cleaners left our room door open twice after turndown and the bathroom ceiling looked a bit questionable (looked like mould)

Very beautiful and large room, clean and with nice decoration. Nice and spotless pool. Delicious and abundant breakfast accompanied by a wonderful girl who plays the violin. Thank you very much to the kind staff.

Great check in possibilities, kind staff, good location and good parking.

In this type of hotel I expect free water in a mini bar and not empty mini bar. I think the hotel could use some upgrade of facilities. Also I think breakfast was more about quantity then quality.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and spacious, with daily towel and sheet changes - big thanks to the housekeeping staff for their great work. The location is perfect for visiting nearby towns like Alberobello and Polignano. Highly recommended!

Very low quality compared to a 4 star hotel. As you can see in the photos, the towel was torn. When you take a shower in the bathroom, water accumulates. The shower suddenly broke and fell on my head; it was broken.

The rooms were spacious and the staff were helpful. The price/benefit ratio and the breakfast was good.

The bed was very uncomfortable, so we reported it to the front desk, and they replaced it with a new mattress. The chairs in the room were broken, and they replaced them as well. It's an old business hotel. The location isn't central. The pool is small and not very clean. The biggest problem was that you can't control the AC; you have to call the front desk every time and ask them to turn it up or down, which interrupts your sleep in the middle of the night. This was very strange. But it was such a noisy and old AC that after a while, we had to turn it off completely, and we slept in the heat.

The property is dated and old. It needs a refurbishment. That said, it was clean. Bed was very used and not comfortable. All in all, it didn’t meet my expectations as a four star hotel (as it is indeed advertised).

Air conditioning is a joke, very noisy especially during the night and no possibility to stop it or change temperature from the room.

Everything was nice. Clean comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Small pool. Staff very nice and helpful.

The hotel is dated but maintained. The grounds are over grown and need attention. No water in the rooms. No towels at the pool and required a swim cap (which they sell and inconsistently enforce).
