I really enjoyed my stay. For the price, it was great and perfect for an overnight stay. The breakfast was very rich and varied. We didn’t use the pool, as we were away the whole day. Towels and bed linen were changed daily, which was very convenient. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, as well as the staff at breakfast. On our last day we left very early at 5:30 in the morning, and they kindly prepared a breakfast box for us upon prior request.

In this type of hotel I expect free water in a mini bar and not empty mini bar. I think the hotel could use some upgrade of facilities. Also I think breakfast was more about quantity then quality.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and spacious, with daily towel and sheet changes - big thanks to the housekeeping staff for their great work. The location is perfect for visiting nearby towns like Alberobello and Polignano. Highly recommended!

The property is dated and old. It needs a refurbishment. That said, it was clean. Bed was very used and not comfortable. All in all, it didn’t meet my expectations as a four star hotel (as it is indeed advertised).

The hotel is dated but maintained. The grounds are over grown and need attention. No water in the rooms. No towels at the pool and required a swim cap (which they sell and inconsistently enforce).

The area around the swimming pool wasn't completely clean: rubbish and debris, broken tables. The pool shower head was broken. Three empty beer bottles lingered on the side tables of the seats by the main entrance from late afternoon till midnight . The young guy at the breakfast bar is very forgetful and confused, although kind and polite

there are two. things i didn't understand: 1) the airco cannot be regulated by the guest, and the ventilation is extremely loud. so you have this white-noise all night long never stopping. b) the room was done everyday, but on 5 days of my staying the bedsheet has been never changed. usually that happen after 3 days.

Italian breakfast was good and various, whereas the continental version was poor and overcooked. Machine coffee at the breakfast buffet was terrible and the barista’s one was even worse! I recommend getting a tea instead, even though in Italy is a kind of blasphemy having a cuppa and not a proper espresso in the morning… 🤣!

Hotel equipment and accessories, whilst functional, is run down and shows signs of aging. Definitely recommend to replace or deep clean the carpeted floor. Sound isolation between rooms is not the best, people and children could be heard between several rooms of distance.

Reception open 24h/day, plentiful and diverse breakfast, particularly for the deserts, secured parking area and all facilities that a 4-star hotel supplies. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly.
