The bathroom is a bit tired looking and not quite clean. It's a shared bathroom so staff obviously can't help how the last person left it. It is shared with more people than I expected so it was occupied a lot. The location is a 30 minute walk from San Piero, on the VDD.

We did a late self-checkin (which I like). Our room and the commonrooms were clean and comfy. We had a long day on the Via Degli Dei and were happy to have a kitchen to cook dinner instead of walking to San Piero. The owner was helpful and responsive via text. The room is cute and the bed is nice.

They had just one very thin blanket, so it was a little bit cold in the night (in october). Also a bigger towel would have been nice.

The private room is nice, perfect for one night in the via degli dei. It’s nice that they have the honest market, so you don’t have to go buy sth by yourself. The breakfast was awesome!! It’s definitely worth it!

I would expect the bathroom to be a little too small if the property was fully booked up. We shared with only two other people who were in a room that had a larger, ensuite bathroom so experienced no problems.

We arrived here early in the morning as hikers due to a problem in our planning. We loved that we were admitted early into the hostel and that there were provision in the kitchen that allowed us to cook a meal without having to head to town for food shopping with an honesty box. We paid extra for breakfast and dinner that was cooked / prepared for us in the property. It is run like a hostel with a shared lounge.

You definitely need a car to move around the area. Since it is immersed in nature, you can find some insects.

Excellent location for those who are here for the Mugello Circuit. The surroundings, vaste lands and nature, are super quiet. Good for the inside parking.

If i would have seen in pictures what we were getting, I would have booked something else. There were spiders and webs in the kitchen drawers, two holes in two walls and all kind of mosquitoes and bugs would come in at night through them. The bathroom, which we booked a private one, was outside the room (which we only found out the day we arrived) this was so inconvenient and should have known, would have chosen somewhere else. All in all, staff is very nice and welcoming, and have nothing negative to say about their hospitality, bur i wouldn’t go back. Place looks old outdated and although is “cheap” you can get better for the aame price somewhere else.

It is “ok” we were close enough to where we wanted to be, and didnt spend so much time in there other than sleep, so it served us well. However, I must say, the room we got looked absolutely nothing than any pf the pictures, neither the bathroom…

There was nothing l didn’t like about the place… It was clean and spacious and welcoming

The place is set in a lovely location with country views and not too far from the village with a supermarket and plenty of places to eat out

All rooms have a shared bathroom, with one bathroom serving four rooms—two of which accommodate 2 people and the other two, 4 people. There was no surface to put my belongings in the room, except for a hanger, so I had to keep everything on the floor. I stayed for 3 days, and the room was never cleaned, nor were the towels changed. I also wouldn’t recommend purchasing breakfast at the property, as it was really poor.

Fortunately, there were only 2–3 other people at the place during our stay, so there was no queue for the bathroom.

It's a nice concept and maybe good for a group but I wouldn't recommend for solo travellers - just a bit too isolated with nothing to do and nobody there (hosts not on site but Sara is nearby). Some outside seating would be lovely and perhaps a washing machine!

The lodge is located right on the Via Degli Dei, about a half-hour's walk from San Piero a Sieve. It's newly renovated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Sara was very helpful ordering food and she arranged gluten free breakfast too. There was no rush to check out.

Bathroom is a little small but nothing to really change the rating.

Had place to ourselves. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds so comfortable. Good location for doing the via Delhi die. We had breakfast for an extra 6 euros each which was very good.

Extremely friendly landlords! It was very nice that they had a small farmer shop (pasta,sugo, pesto) so you could have some very nice dinner, as the shops/ city center are a bit away (by foot)

Tiny towels, no duvet (bit cold), restaurants all about 30 min walk away (no good after a mega hike) and very limited options in the “farm shop” (passata and dried pasta).

There were bugs .. a lot.. the bathroom must be infested, we get rid of at least 10 but they kept coming back.. Also it's in the middle of nowhere so you need to order pizza to get food

The deco was nice and the girl we were in contact with was very nice.
