NetherlandsThe included breakfast comes in the form of a voucher to a nearby café. However, breakfast at this café can be quite chaotic. The staff do not speak English, which isn't a problem for me, but it makes communication difficult. It's unclear what food is included with the voucher provided, and the breakfast options consist solely of sweet pastries. There were no available seats, and there were many people queuing. I highly do not recommend booking this place with breakfast included. Additionally, there is no private parking available, so you'll need to find a free parking spot nearby. This wasn't an issue for us since we only needed to leave our car, but if you plan to use your car every day, that could be problematic.
The location is excellent, and the room is very clean and comfortable. The host is helpful.

Czech Republici returned after about 3 years and it was pleasant to see that the place is as beautiful as it was and has even improved in some aspects (breakfast). what i appreciate, apart from the stunning view, is that it is very well maintained: the walls look like someone painted them yesterday, there is nothing dirty or broken, the cleaning is perfect. i alco appreciated that the products available are not the cheap ones bud good quality and eco friendly - from shampoo to the fruit juices at breakfast. this is not common and even some pretty expensive hotels/BnBs try to get away with mediocre.

The room itself was really nice, clean and big enough for 2 people. Would definitely come back and will recommend to my friends as well :)

SpainA little too far from the ferry boat terminal. It was somewhat uncomfortable to take the buses at night, when coming back from a day in Venice. No breakfast is provided on site. A voucher was provided for a reasonable breakfast at a nearby cafe
Petra the owner picked us up at the boat terminal and provided a nice, welcoming check-in. Lido beaches really nice for a morning walk/run. Clean, comfortable simple room, with plenty of light.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Especially the host Petra is so kind and welcoming! There are always fresh fruits, coffee and water for every guest! Not forget to mention the nice rooftop terrace (picture added). On six days of the week the breakfast is at a local bakery (very close to the hotel) where locals go and the food is awesome! On the other day the breakfast is served at the hotel and also very very good :) The beach is directly in front of the hotel and there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby.

RomaniaFor serving breakfast, there are alternative teams each day in the morning, one day team of personnel was very very nice, and the other one not so nice, we had to negotiate hard for the juice and not to get 2 in 1 breakfast, despite the fact that locals were very supoortive and translated what we asked
Comfortable, clean room, bright, with a pleasant decore with fresh colours and wood. Liked the bath, bright, good space . The window with seaview is like a painting on the wall. Is available a workspace, and tea facilities. The lift is transparent, looks outside, and goes direcly to the room, resulting in a special, authentic location. In the hall there is a capsule coffee machine, fruits, water and spaces to sit and work or enjoy a talk. Italian breakfast is tasty in a pastry shop, 4 mins from the hotel. It has a nice flavour because many locals have their morning coffee and pastry there. Discrete and supportive hotel staff. Bus stations are very near (V and A goes to and from Lido boat station in 10-12 mins). Not many shops and restaurants around, quiet area, at least this time of the year.
