Excellent communication by the host pre arrival. A lot of wonderful recommendation for places to visit and try out. The accomodation is very cozy. A varied range of food/lovely trattorias around. About 15 minutes walk to the train station.

The overall size was a bit small, but still very comfortable and fully equipped from every aspect!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very helpful and gave us a lot of good tips of what to do in the area and answered all our questions. The apartment was well equipped and good space. We loved the balcony! Would definitely stay here if we come back.

Building was not very clean!

The apartment was nice and exactly what we needed for our stay. The surroundings weren’t particularly charming, but the owner was very helpful and always kept in touch with us throughout. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome—a bottle of wine and a dessert waiting for us on arrival. Overall, a very good value for the price!

It’s a bit noisy outside though but if the windows are closet it doesn’t bother at all. There was no possibility to leave the luggage after check out that caused lots of inconvenience.

We loved our stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Home away from home. Not far from the train station (about 12 minute walk with luggage) and close to some great restaurants. The washing machine was also very handy. I highly recommend. We wish we could have stayed longer. Fosco was a wonderful host, providing us with lots of helpful information to make our visit to La Spezia and Cinque Terre even more memorable.

Perfect location in La Spezia. Lots of local info given from Fosco, our host, before and during our stay which really enhanced our experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in a really quiet building and is about ten minutes away from the port by foot which is perfect for exploring Cinque terra. Cannot recommend this place enough. We loved it!
