We were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Tea and coffee and padtries provided. Acc e ss to a kitchen. The rooms are well sound proofed . 15 minute walk to The Vaticsn, 5 minutes to the Metro., the perfect location for any traveller to Rome as all the major attractions.

Everything was perfect!

This is a beautiful place located within a walking distance from the Vatican, with an underground station and many bus lines nearby. It’s very clean, nicely decorated, with a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts are very open and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!!!

The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and clean, and you also have access to a kitchen on the same floor. The location was great. We were very close to the Ottaviano metro stop, in the neighborhood close to the Vatican, with many stores and restaurants nearby. Marco was very friendly and welcoming. We would stay there again.

The location was great, very close to the metro for the centre of Rome. The room was big and very clean.You also have a kitchen where you can take your breakfast. Maria, the owner, was very nice and help you with everything you need. We could let the luggage inside untill our flight.If i would visit Rome again, i will surely stay here. I would reccomend this location to all of my friends. Thank you Maria for having us and for making us feel like home!

The accommodation was great – an ideal choice for our two-night stay in Italy. I really appreciated the comfortable bed, which wasn’t a soft mattress but nicely firm, so we slept well. Excellent location – just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to get to the city center. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

The only small issue, and it was my mistake as I didn’t pay enough attention, but the bathroom is outside the bedroom at the end of a hallway.

The whole place is big and comfortable, even in our bedroom we had a lot of extra space so we could comfortably arrange and have all our stuff. The staff was amazing, helpful and kind. They kept the place very clean and even gave us some snacks that were delicious and appreciated.

The location was great for exploring the Vatican. Upon arrival the host greeted us kindly and provided plenty of local knowledge of the dos and do nots of Rome. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities one could hope.

Since it's categorized as bed & breakfast, it would've been better to have a "real breakfast" (by my standard). They only provided an electric kettle in the room, some coffee sachets and a couple packets of cookies. They do have a kitchenette though if you want to make your own breakfast but I didn't get to check if cooking is allowed. The building is also near some pubs/resto bar and you could hear people outside talking very loud as late as 3-4AM.

The location was very satisfactory. It's walking distance to The Vatican and all the other popular sites in Rome. We actually walked all the way to the Colosseum and back. The whole apartment also looked and smelled clean. The neighborhood looked safe and there were a lot of restaurants & shops nearby.
