There is no reception after 11 pm to complain the below.... The night that we stayed on the upper floor it was like a teenager party, teens running and screaming around.... the next room person was talking to the phone for 2 3 hours and literally you can hear everything like no insulation at all.

We arrived late because of our flight , went into the hotel and no one was at the reception. Waited for 2hrs at the reception after our long wait no one turned up so we decided to look at the reception desk for note . Then we found an envelope with our name on it but no one bothered to email or message us to say they left a note . Location was hard to find , didn’t like the fact two single beds was pushed together to make double bed .

It was very loudly, the receptionist was talking loudly early in the morning, for 7:30, and in the evening after 22:00. Also the wall between rooms is so thin so I heard the alarm in other rooms

Water in the shower didn’t go away quickly. And also there is a problem with the shower system, it was a broken and water flowed slowly. There is a bad smell in bathroom. Also room needs a renovation. A little bit noisy. We could here all outside noises

Challenging Location Without a Car The hotel is located on the outskirts of Rome, on a steep hill. If you don’t have a car, getting to and from the hotel can be quite difficult, . It’s also far from Rome’s city center, so reaching the main attractions takes time and effort. If you’re planning to explore the city easily.

That we had mold in our room and the staff didn‘t ask, where exactly the mold was like they didn‘t care to solve the problem. They also didn’t ask how our stay was, we felt like they don‘t care about that as well

Very pleasant staff, inviting and eager to help. The location was peaceful and close to a few restaurants and a gas station. Beds were really comfortable and overall it was very safe.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property… However, with the car you’re ordering in for food.

The property is very clean, with added security from an alarm if the wrong door code is entered. The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff was accommodating and pleasing.

The bathroom had black-mould everywhere and the drain in the shower didn't work. The window shutters weren't working. Plus a lot of noise from other guests. The tv is also extremely small.

Staff who attended us was rude, not ready to listen, overcharged, we had to pay 200Euro extra, it was mid night and raining, couldn’t go anywhere. Checkin took over 1 hour. location is way outside, no bus goes there, you have to walk 1.2KM after the last bus stop. there was no soap in the shower, next morning we mentioned to the front desk and they refilled a quarter, shower curtain was falling off. I would not recommend this property, and would advise avoiding it.
