Some elements of the interior look out-of-date and are worn-out.

We loved the friendliness of the staff always helpful and cheerful 😀 We also enjoyed fantastic breakfasts with a wide choice of very good products. We liken the pool and the SPA. Last but not least we loved the beautiful view of Garda Lake from our room 😀

Lake View great. Room very clean & towels replaced most days. The room decor was dated and sparse, could do with a revamp. Breakfast good choice. Had dinner a couple of times, which was lovely and all staff very friendly and efficient.

Beds a little hard

Breakfast was extensive, staff were brilliant, food was good in the restaurant and was extremely clean. Pool very nice.

Eggs were cold during breakfast. If they can be kept warm for the guests.

Very friendly staff. Location is excellent with gorgeous views. Swimming pool is very pleasant. We had a wonderful stay.

1. The reception staff, 2 of them not so nice . Not helpful 2. The breakfast was very bad honestly. All sweets / fruit / granola. Nothing warm / nothing savory. The ready made scrambled eggs i wouldn't give my dog .. so dry. 3. No kitchen 230 to 630 pm. Only drinks 4. The rooms are so old not like the reception area.

The best thing that happened is that I forgot my wallet that had all my credit cards and IDs plus a 1000 euros. And I left .. after 30 minutes they called me to tell me and I went back and gave the cleaning lady a 100 euros

A special hotel in a natural fairytale setting, large swimming pool and sunbeds for everyone, free parking at the location, varied and very good breakfast, the possibility of serving lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, spacious room, balcony with a wonderful view of the lake, beautiful Spa center, kind staff and ready to help, attention to details and exemplary cleanliness. I strongly recommend this hotel for a special vacation!💯 We will definitely come back!❤️

Though the bed was very comfortable I didn't expect to have to make it! Also better quality bed linen would give a more luxurious feel to the room. A second chair in a double room would b nice and maybe some cushions for balcony chair. None of these took from the enjoyment of our holiday - just small observations which affect my overall rating

The breakfast was superior to any previous experience- the selection and quality were outstanding. The view of lake from the bedroom was special and was even enjoyable during a thunderstorm Also the 1 sheet about the hotel and recommendations of things to do was most helpful. We did the cable car, the walk to Riva, the cycle and enjoyed historic/cultural Limone - it was a fab holiday

All areas of the hotel were kept really clean. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection suitable for all tastes. Staff were friendly and efficient. The pool opened at 9 and we had no problems getting a sunbed. Rooms are spacious though the beds are a bit hard. The location is great for elevated lake views but it is a 15 mins walk uphill from the centre of Limone

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel near Lake Garda. The location is perfect — close to the lake and local attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and easy, which is a big plus in this area. I also really enjoyed the bar and restaurant — great pizza and a nice atmosphere to unwind in the evening. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and high-quality options. Overall, a great hotel with a perfect mix of comfort, service, and beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!
