They advertise that the hotel does luggage storage which it technically does but it’s not secure it’s just left in the hallway on your way to the lift and some rooms

Rooms need renovation, shower didnt have a door after shower bathroom like swimming pool. Breakfast was weak

The beds could stand upgrading on both decor and the actual bed components. The shower in our room needing a new door or a reconfigure.

The location is prime for the San Marco area and there are restaurants and a market all within 15 second walks.

Eccellente location, quiete a walk from station but very local with lots of restaurants, shops and canale right out the door. San Marco Square less than a 5 minute walk. Fridge in room was nice to have. Good air conditioning and nice large shower. Would stay again.

Ah didn't have so many high expectations but a little investment in some of the fixtures like the shower would really make it a great budget option

The location was perfect easy access to the most important vaporetto stops in the heart of Santo Marco just around the corner from the plaza... We just had 24 hours in Venice and wanted just a good economical option! Served the purpose well and very good value means you get what you pay for in Venice! 🤗

Nothing really but staff was not as accommodating for example I asked for ice. They simply said no ice. I’m sure water is a premium there but they were kind of snippy about it.

This may be a little pedantic, there was no coffee & tea making facilities. Where we are from, (Australia) these facilities are in your room no matter which hotel you stay at and they are replenished daily.

Our sink was rather loose upon arrival, partially disattached from the wall, as I reported this the staff seemed to be helpfull and confirmed they will fix it. Breakfast is very simple, no veggies or fruit, good to grab a few bites, but totally skippable.

MVP location, though we got a different room around the corner, closer to the canal.

Personel(one guy) at the desk was really rude and had no respect to the costumers, slow as a slime

The Main reception people on desk could be more pleasant . Our room was at the back of the hotel in a different building.The restaurant was a bit pricey compared to other nearby restaurants ( especially the wine which caused between 25 euro for half bottle of white and 32 euro a half bottle of red

The location was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very basic. Located on a nice street with plenty of stalls, shops plus a little gem of a pizza shop at the back of the hotel which was very reasonably priced.

The double bed was actually two single beds and it kept separating in between while sleeping

The reception was closed during the day and nobody was there to open the door for us. We waited a couple minutes and a maintenance worker came out and opened the door for us. Later that day we asked the receptionist and he said it was a mistake and it rarely happens.

It was clean and close to the main touristic attractions. The breakfast was really good.

The smell on the bottom floor is not nice, but this is something you have to take into account when you are in an hold city. I visited other places and this is something that you always find in the center of the town.

The breakfast is simple, nothing fancy, but good for the price. Cereals, coffees, milk, Orange Juice, yogurts, bread, croissants, jam, honey, butter, chocolate spread, ham and cheese

Our room was exposed to noise that came from a kitchen of arestaurant that was located under our window.. Staff was not happy to serve
