Softer bed, no coffee and sugar being replenished without having to ask for it as you would have to wait until housekeeping came back the next day.

The location is great. The owner who greeted us on arrival was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and later messaged with suggestions for dinner and gelato. The beds were very hard. I had a stain on the throw on my bed, but this was remedied when I reported this. Our coffee pods were not replenished each day, but after asking we were given more. Breakfast is in a lovely chain of coffee shops, but it’s a good 5 minute walk away. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, in a good location, but if you have mobility issues, there are steps to climb before you can access the lift

We had trouble locating it as the numbering system was unusual. Residential and business numbers are not sequential. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station. The taxi line was very long. It was walk or taxi, no public transportation came to the area. Our host was rather upset that we took so long to arrive. I don’t think there is staff at the place unless someone is checking in and we were delayed looking for transportation and the unexpected building numbers.

Lighting on the stairs could be a bit better. Can be very dark at night.

Location was fabulous. Lots of bars and cafes. Walking distance to most attractions Leonardo was extremely helpful and welcoming. We would stay here again.

No problem for us, but worth to mention: The elevator is really small which could be a problem for someone else. The safe in the room is loose, so it gives no real security to valuables as it might be taken as a whole.

We are coming to Florence at least once a year. Santo Spirito Venti is located in our beloved Oltrarno area which is connected to some great spots for food and drinks. The host was very friendly welcoming us and we had no issues in communication. The room is spacious but silent and comfortable. We especially would like to mention the free water provided at the apartment.

This is terribly American of us, but we would have loved to have a few more pillows.

We loved the location and how close it was to great restaurants and sightseeing, but our room overlooked an interior courtyard so it was completely peaceful! Check in and check out was very easy. We arrived earlier than expected and they were kind enough to let us drop our bags off while they finished getting our room ready.

The property manager was not very pleasant. We arrived around 11:30 am or or so. Leonardo had contacted me the day before on WhatsApp which was good. I told him our train was arriving at 10:20. We arrived at the train station and it took us more time then expected to get orientated and walk with our suitcases to the property. Leonardo was clearly annoyed with us arriving later then expected. The problem is there is no staffed desk once you are checked in you are on your own. We definitely felt like we had inconvenienced him by paying to stay at the property.

The property was clean and spacious. It is well located to all the area attractions. The breakfast is at a nearby cafe and was very nice.

The only negative was the leaking air conditioning, we had two rooms and in one it was fine because the unit was at the side so the water didn’t affect us, but in the other room the unit was located in an area where you have to walk and it became quite slippy and a little dangerous.

Felipe, the man who welcomed us was great. Location is great. Beds were super big and confortable. There isn’t 24h reception, but they make sure you have everything you need.
