How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A little loud at night when you sleep by an open window but it's not too bad.
The hotel is located at the edge of Pordenone's old town, you walk 5 minutes through a park and arrive at the very centre. Our room was spacious, and power plugs in the right places, and enough space in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, and the hotel was very dog friendly. Will definitely come back.

Although we enjoyed our stay I must say that our room was located very close to a nearby apartment building, and unfortunately, we could clearly hear people talking and going about their day. Another issue was the lack of privacy. When we opened the blinds to let in some natural light, we felt completely exposed, as people in the nearby apartments could see straight into our room
I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. They were also very accommodating with certain requests. Room was very clean and modern.

The staff were nice and helpful. I didn't quite like the breakfast, well I was looking for English breakfast and there was none. It was all sweet stuff-brioche, croissant, pancakes, some cereals. Options of fried eggs, bacon, sausages, bake beans would have been nice
Initially I was offered a room on 5th floor which was stinkingly disgusting. I told them about it, room got freshened up but the stench remained. The receptionist who was nice and understanding offered me another nice room

A bit of street noise, but earplugs helped.
The Staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was good, Euro style, great coffee expresso, etc. Great wifi speed, short walk to downtown.

There was not a smart Tv so we could access Netflix or Prime . There was only normal tv and movies all in Italian language which was very disappointing as at the end of the day we just wanted to chill and watch something.

The rooms are newly renovated but the doors to the rooms could be replaced as well. They were quite old, wobbly and bent.
It was really great that they offered gluten free breakfast options. Not just fruits, also bread and muffins.

only some floors are renovated in the hotel, the non renovated rooms reflect three star quality, but they were clean and comfortable though.
The location is nice, a few minutes walking from the pedestrian city centre zone.

If you have light sleep, bring earplugs because the train truck will keep you awake or will wake you up. The breakfast is a lot of sweet and could have a bit more savory options
