Close to everywhere you want to go. We were 3 minutes walk from the Colosseum, you just take a bus or a taxi and get to the Vatican in 15 min max. The ladies working at this B&B are amazing, from Francesca to Diana, I don’t know the name of the cleaning lady but she was amazing too. They are all very pleasant, professional and help with everything (even with all my stupid questions). If you go to Rome check them out, you will not regret it!

Close to everything you need to see in Rome. Diana was very nice. When the say the breakfast is included, it's not a joke! It's in a nearby restaurant. Really fresh pressed orange juice and 2 dishes and a very good café. I'm impressed!

The only thing that was a bit odd (nothing catastrophic - just noticed towards end of our stay) was a slight sewage odor from the bathroom. It didn’t bother us too much as it was very faint and we really were only in room to sleep.

The location couldn’t get any better - you have access to many restaurants, markets, gelato, as well as being within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, AC worked fabulously and the staff was so helpful.

Francesca, the host, was lovely! We were so happy with our room, noticing some nice touches such as water being provided, milk for coffee, nespresso coffee and other little snacks if we were hungry for breakfast, as well as shower caps, soap, nail kit, dental kit and aircon. It is right by the colosseum, we found the accommodation very reasonable for the location as well as the quality and size of the room, it was very modern. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nothing it was perfect!

Communication was easy from the start and Enrique was extremely helpful-he truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had that classic Roman charm. Being just steps from the Colosseum was a huge plus and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a perfect base for exploring Rome as a family. Higly recommended!

The room was in a great location; the colosseum was a block away, there were numerous good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and there was a conveniently located grocery store. Our host, Enrique, was awesome. He communicated all of the important information in a timely manner and greeted us at the door upon our arrival. His friendly demeanor was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable immediately. The room was functional and clean with a couple of nice details added in.

Literally walk straight out to the Colloseum or look at it from the balcony 😍 owner was so helpful sending recommendations and booking links for main attractions couldn’t have asked for more!

The property was perfect! In a brilliant location, easy to access and the view was amazing! Enrique was so attentive, nothing was too much trouble and gave us some great suggestions. Enrique met us at the front door, there was a lift up for our large suitcases and the rooms was huge. It was clean, fresh and the windows opened onto the street to see the performers in the restaurants below,

Stairs with large bags was a pain, but maybe only for us. A chair in the room would be great.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B near the Colosseum! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the main attractions. The room had all the comforts we needed, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to Enrique, who was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

There is a restaurant downstairs which can be noisy but it didn't disturb us too much as we were so tired from our days sight seeing. No gluten free breakfast provided unfortunately.

Our host Enrique could not do enough for us, including cutting off a padlock when I lost the key! He was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and he was available to answer any questions, give advice and provide any toiletry items required. The location is fantastic, it's about a 2 minute walk from the Colosseum.

There was noise from the street, which couldn't be helped but my earplugs did the trick!

A great location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the Colosseum and the metro, with a variety of local eateries and a supermarket nearby. Enrique was very helpful and friendly. The room had AC, a fridge, a lovely large en-suite and a very comfortable bed, along with a TV and hanging space. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for convenience and good value for money.
