Bed a bit hard, bathroom a bit small, but no real issues there.

Location is perfect; 15 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins to the Arena. Room was clean and comfortable, but quite basic. Breakfast is great, with very nice staff (just like the gentlemen at the reception!).

Room was a reasonable size and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom quite small but adequate for a short stay. Staff at reception and breakfastroom very pleasant and helpful. I will certainly add this hotel to my list of those I am happy to return to.

The bathroom was a bit small, but perfectly functional.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was excellent (especially compared with most places). The location was excellent, being only 5 minutes walk to the Arena, but free from the noise of traffic and people, and with excellent neighbourhood restaurants, a Pam supermarket and other facilities nearby. A small park opposite gave us some tranquil green space when we wanted it.

The location was very handy. Room was very small but there was so much to see in Verona so didnt spend any time in there other than breakfast and sleep. I would stay there again.

A single bed would have given more room

Staff very friendly, especially breakfast ladies.Location couldn’t be better.Overall a nice relaxed atmosphere. Bathroom bit cluttered but it’s an old building. So much better than a soulless corporate chain.

Though improvements have been made to the much needed window insulation, progressive modernization efforts would help keep patrons returning.

Personal attention and mostly friendly service. Situated beautifully equidistant from the train station and all of the main sites in this well preserved late medieval city.

Location is good, only a short walk to Piazza Bra. Interiors are all dated, but despite that it's all very clean and tidy. The bathroom however was tiny; more of a closet than a room, to the extent that trying to use the shower without banging into anything was impossible. The included breakfast was good and the staff all pleasant to deal with.

The hotel staff were lovely we were able to check into our room as it was ready earlier than expected. The breakfast was lovely pastries, fruit and cereal fresh juices and hot tea and a selection of very generous size coffee. The hotel is just outside the city wall and so there was a bit of noise from passing through traffic such a buses and coaches throughout the night but the bed was very comfortable so we had a restful nights sleep cab to the airport was about 30 Euros and 20 mins drive away and the train station was a 15 minute walk we stayed for one night we spent day 1 in lake Garda you can get a 2nd class return for 3.90 each way but we missed the second class train so got the fast train at a slightly higher cost 15 euros one was but 3.90 b the way back. Beware there are two different trains who go to lake Garda but one company has sales representative who approach you in the station this company was much dearer 63 euros rather than the 37 we paid even with the more expensive outbound ticket. We spent the first evening and the second day in Verona which is such a lovely place plenty to see and do this is my 2nd visit and it has the gladiator arena, Romeo and Juliet's Balcony and some lovely bridges and views by the river. Little winding street and colour buildings and shops with balconies and cobbled streets. We loved it so romantic

Coat hangers attached to the wardrobe rail. Nowhere to put soap/gel in the small shower recess.

Comfortable bed, good to be able to open window but is onto a busy street.

The hotel was a short walk away from the train station. It was located very close to everything that we wanted to see. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and will help with skip the line tickets and tours, which we took advantage of. Nescafé coffee in the room and there is a breakfast option (cafe 3 mins away). The building is locked at night after the staff leave at 9:00pm

If you were a bigger person you may have found the shower a little difficult to negotiate.

The location was excellent, close to tourist sites and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful.The breakfast was really good and the lady serving was excellent, so obliging and happy. There is a lift, which made it so much easy to take our luggage up to our room . It is an older establishment,so the bathrooms and rooms were small and outdated but everything was spotlessly clean.You are out most of the time so this was not an issue. The cost was very reasonable , particularly as breakfast was included.
