I loved everything about the hotel. At first I thought it was an Airbnb, but they work now as a hotel, with recption and everything. Staff was amazing, the receptionist were lovely, they speak italian, english and the other Clara, spanish. They have an incredible coffee spot with free sweets and coffee, also a bottle to fill up and bring with you to your room. All of our demands were attended, I really loved the place, the comfort and everything is cleaned up daily. You won`t regret it. Ps.: our room was in front of the street, and against other were saying - 0 noise.

Nothing we didn’t like.

We really enjoyed our stay :) Location is great. Easy to reach with public transport and only 10/20 min walking from everything. The room has everything you need, and gets new towels and bed made up every day. What we especially liked about the hotel is the refreshment area. To come “home” after a long day and there is nice cold water or a snack to grab. Staff is very nice too and gave us some good restaurant recoms!

Everything. Location is great, design is beautiful and staff is very helpful. Elena and Davide were so nice and gave us a lot of recommendations. There is a water machine in the lobby so you can fill your bottle and snacks.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of Affittacamere Zanobi 45. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in Florence. The decor was charming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome basket and the helpful host.

Great hotel with lovely accomdations for a 2 guest, 1 night stay in Florence. The hotel room was clean, stylish, well appointed, and the room happened to come with a private terrace/ balcony as seen with the picture attached. The kitchenette area in the lobby was well appointed with complimentary coffee, fresh water, and food including fresh fruits, sweets and biscuit snacks. Ease of entry and suitcase storage was appreciated. Plus the location was in a quiet part of Florence near the main train station which was great for me and my friend. Would highly recommend this hotel and we would be happy to stay here again!

Everything was splendid - the best thing was the location - we never took the buses or any other way of local transportation, we walked everywhere. The apartment was very nice, the personnel helpful and accomodating. There is a kettle and tea / coffee / water machine in the general area which was also great :-)
