SwedenThe only thing we were somewhat disappointed at was that the staff kept smoking just outside our room, so if the windows were open it smelled of smoke there. Maybe an idea to smoke a bit away from the hotel property.
We had a wonderful stay at San Vitale! Very helpful and service oriented staff, allowed us an early check-in as well as a late check-out due to the rain (we were on a motorcycle). The little relax area with a sauna and massage chairs are a nice touch and the breakfast was incredible! Easy parking for our motorcycle as well. Would absolutely visit again!

The room was incredibly comfortable! We had natural light coming in, it was quiet and everything was beautiful and very clean. You can enjoy their sauna for free (just need to reserve it) and the breakfast was very good and with a very nice variety of local products to enjoy. The staff were very nice and even gave us some hiking suggestions to enjoy.

This was easily one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. Located in the beautiful mountains of Bormio, the hotel had a cozy, stylish alpine feel with the warmth and charm of a boutique property. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a standout — fresh pastries, amazing coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a great à la carte menu. The shower was amazing, with a large tropical rainfall head and strong water pressure — such a treat after a day in the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the nearby covered parking was also very convenient.

AustraliaParking is always a hassle for travellers staying in the centre of town however great directions to the parking station were provided. The first morning of our stay it was bin day and was very noisy however only a small inconvenience. The emotional shower was intriguing to me and I was disappointed the shower head needed some maintenance and it appeared it was falling apart from the roof and I was worried it would fall on me. I would be looking to book a room on the opposite side that we were allocated. Our window faced the cafe / bar across the road. And a small room also.
The location in the main part of town is fantastic central to everything. Breakfast is so lovely and generous. The blueberry pancakes are fabulous. The spa room is a nice touch and included in the price. You need to book in at reception. The cafe / bar across the road that is linked to the hotel is fantastic friendly and great aperitivo.

We loved everything about the Hotel San Vitale! The room was fantastic, clean and heaps of space, the walk in shower and the views of the Alp, WOW! The breakfast was top notch and all of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We also took advantage of the spa which was very relaxing after a few hectic days. If we lived closer we would come back every year!

The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of the mountainside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering expert guidance on local attractions, whether it's about spas or mountain hikes. A truly delicious breakfast is served from a kitchen menu.

FranceBeautiful rustic and stylish room on top floor with view of the little church tower next door and the mountains. Room and ensuite spacious, comfortable and very clean, bed up on mezzanine level. Complimentary bottle of wine and goodies on arrival. Breakfast, which is included, was plentiful, delicious and full of choice and colour with hot items as well as continental options available too. Staff all delightful, welcoming and really helpful. The hotel has a bar across the way which is perfect for an après-ski drink with nibbles or a pre-dinner aperitif and again, the staff are very lovely!

Breakfast was stunning! Very large variety with fresh bakery goods every morning and fresh fruit and juice, with great coffee on offer! Eggs etc made to order, so everything is on offer and of great quality as well! Staff were very helpful, going above and beyond! Rooms were exceptionally clean!
