We chose this hotel for its pool and spa, neither disappointed us, both were exceptional. All public areas were spotless and well presented. The food was fantastic, presentation was beautiful and the staff were so kind and accommodating. We were very kindly upgraded on arrival to a junior suite which was a much appreciated treat and really made our stay more special and enjoyable.

We were satisfied with everything. We didn't use spa facilities or restaurant, so can't comment on those.

We got a lovely room with jacuzzi and sauna which was a nice surprise. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-located if you want to discover the area and has a big car park if you're travelling there by car.

We had a lovely birthday stay, thank you so much to the wonderful staff. There was an outstanding spa, professional, courteous, and welcoming staff, and a very clean and spacious room. We enjoyed exceptional pastries with gluten-free options, fresh juices, and fresh quality ingredients for lunch.

Love this hotel, the room was so spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. All the staff were very helpful. The breakfast choice was great and they even produced a large choice of gluten free products for me when asked. Can not fault this hotel Can't wait to return. Thank you

We are a family of 4 staying at two different rooms, superior and deluxe separately. The rooms are comfy with everything we need and clean, especially the Deluxe room is very spacious and welcoming. It was a warm welcome by the reception staff, Julia , from the first moment we did check-in. After a week in Naples, we planned to come here to relax. So most of our time we just relaxed at the rooms after breakfast and then at the pool for swimming or sunbathing/reading. It is a good surprise of pool staff serving a round of watermelon every afternoon at the sunny pool side. Very warm and attentive gesture! Restaurant quality is good, both breakfast and dinner for their good quality and service. I like that the breakfast with lot of choices of croissants and pastries. Restaurant staff are very friendly especially the managers who always carried smiles. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay through we think that the usage of sunbeds and parasol at the pool should not be charged extra. And a last tip that you definitely need a car if you stay there. Otherwise you have to rent a car like what we did, or spend splendid expenses by taxi to go anywhere to or from the hotel. However, there are a few restaurants and a supermarket in the neighborhood (within 10mins walk) If you want a relaxing stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Warning at reception that you need to pay 2 euros for a bathing cap to use the pool would have been nice, instead we only got the info by rude clientele and pool staff.

The receptionist at the hotel could have been more precise regarding spa etiquette considering I have specifically asked how it worked, in the end after i turned up at the spa booking, the lady made me do a double trip to my room and go change in the spa kit unneccesarily as i had everything with me and there were change facilities there. Also very minor but for such a good spa facility, i would have expected the hotel room to have at least a body cream kit.

Without a doubt the SPA facility, the best i have ever been ever 10/10! Truly truly recommend! Some of the staff is very welcoming, shout out to Moreno who kept me company during my solo dinner! The room is spacious and the bath tub was amazing and very confy.
