Rooms and bath are rather small for this level of accomodation. Some maintenance is overdue. The restaurant aimes at "Italian with culinairy twist" but prooved to be slightly dissapointing.

Location is perfect, facilties too. Friendly staff.

Room 308 was a tiny room. Really only suitable for 1 person with a small overnight bag [definitely not suitable for a couple with 2 medium sized suitcases] but the worst thing about it is the lack of privacy. There is an adjoining room door which is so thin as are the walls that we could hear the occupants of the room beside us breathing. Very unpleasant. The shower was ok but the shower head did not function well and the water did not drain well from the bidet or sink. They seemed blocked.

Location is excellent. Staff are kind and efficient. Rooms are clean. Lake view was pleasant

The room was quite small for the price, and disappointed that we couldn't control the in room temperature. It was high summer and the room was very hot, but temperature was controlled centrally so we couldn't make it cooler.

Great location, and stunning setting with amazing view from the room. Breakfast had plenty of selection and the staff were all very friendly.

Air conditioning minimum temperature was too high. Shower was odd (room 154) with no screen or waterproof curtain to restrict water spray on the floor. The overhead shower did not work.

Difficult to get into the lake from the hotel for the less agile. Our room was very tiny, though had a lovely view. I would recommend getting a bigger room on the lower floor.

The insulation of the rooms are not very good. When other passed by we could hear pretty much every word they were saying. Room temperature was centrally controlled at 23.5 degrees which could be a little lower.

The location is great. We got a parking on the ground level which was very fortunate. When we arrived after 4:00 pm, one of our rooms was not ready but hotel front desk and cleaning staff worked hard to make it ready so we could move in. Breakfast dining area is great with the view of the lake. Breakfast offers many choices.

Location is great and directly located in the village. Much appreciated parking View to the lake is wonderful Really like the comfort of the room and the breakfast Restaurant at the hotel is better than many restaurant in town. Price for quality is very good

The rooms are so basic they are almost spartan. No tea or coffee making facilities, no water in the room, no real glasses, just paper cups. Felt more like a motel in the rooms, very different to the public spaces.

Room was dark & air con not working on that floor. garden view was untidy mess with bright orange sheeting over falling wall ! Bathroom was modern and bed was very comfortable and changed daily. Overall no good hotel

poor room lightning , limited choice of fruits and cereals at breakfast and non adjustable AC in the room

opportunities for improvement are the clear need of a broader choice of fruit and cereals for breakfast, better lightning in the rooms, and air conditioning that needs to become regulated individually in each room (instead of centrally set)

The rooms need a little attention. The bedding and towels need a redo and the beds were old and soft. A coffee machine in the room would be nice.

First two allocated rooms did not have working AC so had to move twice

Only issue we had was the AC was not working in the room we were allocated and the Hotel changed rooms for us whilst we were out at dinner. Unfortunately same problem happened and AC wasn’t working in the new room. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a room that had working AC

Small room, a little dark, 10€ parking for a night, guests are asked to leave the car keys at the reception.

Very good service, location was uncompitable! The pool and the lake were simply healing us with tranquility beyond expectations

Beautiful historical property right on the lake and also very central. Direct access to alleyway that takes you to main piazza.
