The women on the bar was sitting with her friend and didnt pay attention to the guests who were trying to order from the bar. There would be great to have refrigerator in the apartment and the air conditioning didnt work properly.

The daily drive up there on those narrow roads was always a challenge and very tiring. We also had 2 occasions when staff members were rather rude, but in general the staff was nice.

Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The hotel is very well kept. Food was very nice, too. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Pool area was very spacious, although the pool itself quite small but still very nice.

Cesar was amazing host but the other guy at the reception was unbearable, grumpy and un supportive. TV was a 20” monitor. Food bar not open in highs Eason, pool need upgrade and shade

The route to the villa is very narrow in the last 2 - 3 km. So one needs to drive carefully.

The villa is located in the countryside, on a small hill. Very rustic. The parking is very big and free of charge. There is a good restaurant at the hotel. The breakfast is good. The rooms are nice. The villa is surrounded by olive gardens.

Poor sound isolation. We were able to hear private noises of couple next door in the evening. Any noise made in toilet was also auidable from other rooms. Staff was not unfriendly but some were absolutely not best in hospitality. Breakfast was very average. After this experience I don’t see any reason to come back.

Some parts of the property need some refurbishments which we understood will happen in future This is definitely an event hotel.

The location and the grounds - the view! The staff The beds The vibe was casual and we felt welcomed with our dogs. Our two boys even got a treat from the staff The calm: Florence was such a zoo we stayed for an hour and then left for more relaxed towns. The hotel was perfect to recharge and Nothing was worth that kind of mass tourism headache.

The shower drainage is partially blocked. Took a little longer than usual to shower and it flooded the bathroom floors. Breakfast was quite poor. The first day, got down there past 9 am and there was very little left. The second day, went down extremely early just to find some cakes that felt hard, as if they were frozen from the previous day. Some event on the night of the Friday, loud, very loud, past 1 am.

Each room is "special" design, our was la Maison very nice, colorful, comfortable, the bathroom is even more colorful just like the pictures. Great location very spaceful everything...the place outside to eat was magnifying c at night but we did not tried it just past throuh...very nice views. Great parking lot. The pool we did not tried it.

The breakfast, although quite good, could have healthier choices and better coffee. We dined on the property on our first night and enjoyed the experience. On subsequent nights, however, we opted to dine elsewhere in the area, where the food was better, the service swifter and the price more forgiving.

A fantastic property, high standard of cleanliness, good service. Beautiful views, splendid decor. The grounds are well maintained and show a great pride. The value for the money was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Air con was a bit noisy, but when turned down was acceptable. Bathroom shower door leaked badly, so could do with some new seals. All of this did detract from the sheer beauty of this hotel.

Location, view and surroundings are exceptional. Staff very lovely. We arrived late but they extended the pool time so we could have a little longer in there.

The location is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely courtyard to sit and eat dinner. The best carbonara I had while travelling round Italy for two weeks, good house wine, and the kids loved the pool. There were also two large rooms at one end of the hotel set up just for children with mountains of toys which was amazing, and it was very tidy each morning. Very close to Florence for day trips by car, and an easy day trip by car to Pisa too. The staff were also very friendly.

It would benefit from some cosmetic renovations inside the facilities. Real espresso machine and the service during breakfast would be great.
