The communication was terrible. The only reason we didn't have to wait for someone to come to let us into the place was due to another family having made contact with the owner. We had no email leading up to our stay from the owner so had no idea that the only way to contact them was through an Italian mobile number not connected to Whatsapp. The bathroom was poor, with half a role of toilet paper split between three people. The shower leaked on to the floor significantly and was barely soaked up with a towel. Outside of the location, I would not recommend staying here if you can find somewhere else to stay.

The location was close to the port which was useful for us as we were travelling the next day. The location was also great for cafes and stalls

Not much information did we get from host. Also he said there would be cleaning in the property but all that happened was towels and bin were changed. No new sheets on bed, no cleaning at bathroom, no swipping in room at least.

It was very difficult to get to our room. The door was closed, and we noticed a phone number. I tried to call it via WhatsApp, but no one answered. Fortunately, a kind woman helped us and made a call, and we were told to wait for 10 minutes. I messaged the owner several times, but no one responded. If you need to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, it’s not possible. Also, you have to climb a lot of stairs before reaching the room.

The only good thing about this place is that it’s quite close to the historical center of Bari.

There was no lock on the bathroom and it was dirty only 2 towels for 3 of us for 3 nights. No toilet roll and the stairs were very steep and narrow. Also the tv was broke so we told the owner/manager and he said I’ll send someone and never did get sorted. Overall very basic and you need to be fit for them stairs good job it was cheap.

Being on a pedestrian central street, there was noise often till 2 am. Also, while there was a tea kettle, there was no tea or coffee. And be aware there is no lift and no staff at the property. .I arrived with 2 carry-on bags. Even though I told the property I would be there between 1-2p there was no one there. I had to call per directions at the door. A young man arrived within 15 mins, proceeded to open the front door, and rhen climbed the set of stairs, leaving me, a female senior citizen, to navigate 22 steps with my bags. It was only after I took a while that he then cine down to offer to pick up a bag. He gave me a quick orientation and then was off. One more note on the shower stall. The floor drain had spike guardv so if you walked on, it you hurt your foot. I think there is a better way. Alsobthe shower stall floorcwas spongy. Think it needs replacement.

The location is in the center of the historic district close to everything. The room was a good size, had air con l, and an ensuite bath with good hot water for a shower.

When booking the accommodation, and again the day before our arrival, I notified in writing that we would be arriving late in the evening, but received no response; nevertheless, the check-in time was accepted. On the day of our arrival, I called to ask how to access the apartment, and was informed that a €50 surcharge applies for check-in after 11 PM. This information was nowhere provided in advance.

The apartment is located in the Old Town and is easily accessible on foot.

It could be quite noisy there, but it's in the centre of the old town, hence not that unexpected. The communication with the hosts was non-existent at first; the posting said someone would be there to greet and meet, but the hosts never responded to all messages sent to them, until on the day simply answering the phone call made to their office and sending someone following that. I asked for the receipts for the tourist taxes paid, which they couldn't provide.

The location - being at the centre of the old town, everything a tourist might like to see is within easy reach. The room is decent in size, the bathroom is spacious, and the air conditioner worked well.

The room itself was a little bit small. Bathroom is bigger that a room itself... Also we had to move bed a little bit from the wall because water was coming out of the air conditioner.

I had a great communication with the owner of apartment. And that meant a lot to us because our flight was delayed and check in was later than specified. Location is really good to walk across Bari and it is 15/20 minutes from Bari centrale, so it is okay distance to walk. Good value for price we paid.

the bathroom and the whole room in general could be cleaner, the fridge in the room is really loud during the night when i arrived, i was waiting for the guy who brought the keys for like 15-20 minutes even though i phoned them 15 minutes before my arrival. when he handed me the keys, he asked 6€ for “city tax” that was never mentioned anywhere but the most important part: i paid with a 50€ bill and he gave me 44€ back, and one of the 20€ bills he handed me was a fake bill. this could have caused me actual trouble!! luckily, at the bar where i tried to pay with it, the staff was really nice and didnt make a big deal of it but recommended me to tear the bill apart due to its dangerous nature with the police. this was a really unpleasant surprise.

The rooms were very basic, not much effort was taken to make it cozy. The bathroom to one of the rooms has a “half-roof” not comfortable to stand up with toilet visits. No good positions for taking a shower either.

The place is suitable for people without high demands regarding the environment in the room. There were slight remarks, but they are not something essential and insurmountable. There are many, small and narrow little stairs. So that should be considered as well. The only thing that really surprised me was that the air conditioner didn't work in the heat and in the evening it got very cool and humid.

The location is very nice. The room was for four people, but we were two, that's why I think it was more comfortable for us. The balcony is very cool with a nice Italian view.

It was very cold in the room, the air conditioner was able to heat the air of the stove on the third day. There was no hot water. It was warm for the first two minutes, which was not enough for taking a shower. The bathroom was also very cold with no way to heat the room. After entering the hotel, they became very ill. When using electrical appliances, the light went out.

The communication was very poor, no answers for Booking messages, only phone calls worked in the end but I would expect online communication from the proprty. The room is very basic. The bed was comfortable but that's the end of benefits, no design at all. And the bathroom is very small with low water pressure in the shower (and a bit broken pipe under the sink). All in all very difficult to take a shower if you are above 150 cm.

The location is great - the heart of Bari Vecchia.

No offense, but I was quite surprised when a Bangladeshi guy welcomed us, he was nice, but it definitely didn’t give that Italian feel which I was waiting for.
