The hotel is situated on the main sea road so there is quite a bit of traffic but it is not noisy at night.

Initially I was a bit disappointed as a busy road divides the hotel from the sea, however the reception area was very nice and the staff was welcoming. My bedroom was modern and comfortable with a sea view and I was happy staying here for 2 nights. It's a delightful 15 minute walk on a pedestrian walkway along the sea to the attractive village.

Too much smoking, for instance in the area outside the reception, and hence the reception area often smells of cigarette smoke.

Returning customers that just love the atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms are relatively small, but practical. Breakfast is great, and the outdoor area with a big pool and lots of seating alternatives is just amazing. Location is great, just by the beach.

Location was a short stroll to the shopping area. It was just across the street from a great beach location, Bagni Lido. Close off the highway. Very eclectic decorations, great vibe. Check out the beating black heart. Hotel arranged a massage from a very competent masseuse.

I liked everything. I would have liked to have tried the restaurant but there was no time.

I loved this hotel...the weather was terrible so I had a calm and quiet experience there. The staff is outstanding...they have very cool art and objects to browse around every corner. The room was really nice...happy to have parking. All in all it was a lovely place with a personal touch.

There bar area was below our room and the smoking of cigars wafted into our room.

It would have been good to have paid for the tourist charge within the price of booking the hotel, as this was an unknown cost and surprise to me upon checking out of the hotel. If you are travelling on a budget, like I was, it is good to know all the information/fees upfront.

Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were incredible helpful, polite and friendly. The whole hotel was delightful, the room was incredible, and I very much enjoyed being by or in the pool.

The bathroom could use some updating. We did not enjoy the street noise. I should have chosen a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool with a view of the ocean as well. I'm sure that side was more quiet. The renovations that were happening around us were noisy at times too with the drilling and hammering.

The service was excellent and the grounds beautiful! So close to everything too! Ipra, Ana, and Akram we're so very helpful, courteous and kind making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Such a lovely little hotel with attention to detail. Comfy bed, delicious breakfast, kind personel and a super location, the beach and lungomare is just across the street.

Wonderful hotel, great location, private parking, sea view, dog friendly. What a gem we found on our way through Europe! It was just 1 night stay, but we will definitely consider another visit. The hotel is super dog friendly - there was a dog bed and a bowl waiting of us in the room. The room was spacious enough to fit 2 adults, a dog and our luggage and still have planty of space to move around. Small balcony provided us a nice view over the sea on a wonderful sunny morning.
