Great value, one small problem with the expresso machine at breakfast the second night. Otherwise, a wonderful stay and well recommended.

We were never told the price for bringing dogs with us. Had we been told in advance we would probably have changed location as €20 per dog was an excessive amount for one night. And the brunch advertised as €135 per person was a ludicrous amount

It was hard to get to the Boutique location.

The location is in old city (ZTL = Zona Traffico Limitato), but the clerk in the Boutique did for our car one day approval for entry and parking in the old city.

We found it hard to find as we walked up from the car park as there was more than one No. 2 and the Booking.com details said No. 4. A photo of the front door would help. Also wondered about noise privacy between our bathroom and the breakfast room.

The central position, right in the town centre was brilliant. The room was very comfortable and had most things we needed.

The location is ideal. 50 metres from the main square but in a quiet back street with a Carrefour Express on the corner. The accommodation was good in every respect, and absolutely spotless. Only two rooms and no public area.

As I said, everything was just perfect, maybe it was missing some soft music in the background in the breakfast room. But this is my suggestion, not a negative value.

The rooms are very nice and quiet, very comfortable bed, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Last but not least, the location is just perfect

hosts were very attentive , they contacted me in advance of the stay and offered a lunch of local specialities - which we were unfortunately unable to take up due to travel times. They also very helpfully arranged a p[arking permit in advance so that we could park on arrival. The rooms have recently been redecorated to a high standard. There are USB connectors in the headboard so you just need cables

Nice breakfast with everything you need. Location is right in the centre of Mantova. Parking could be a little tricky but we were in luck.

Difficult to find and park. Was not advertised as part of an apartment and virtually no contact with owners except on checking in. Noisy even with windows closed. Poor bedlinen. Very poor breakfast. Definitely not ‘luxury’ and would not stay again

Communication issues getting the permit to enter the ztl only resolved a few hours before our arrival after a few days of back and forward. As mentioned here the bathroom is joined to the room. The breakfast is highly questionable (see photos). My girlfriend says the dishes were dirty :)

The location was great. The design of the room is nice. Comfortable and clean room.

The bathroom in the room isn't private. The door is a sliding door and doesn't fully close (latch) and you can hear everything... More drinking water can be added in the room. One small bottle isn't enough for two people in one night. The breakfast can be better in my opinion. There wasn't much of a salty selection. Perhaps some eggs or something would be great.

The room was really comfortable and great location. Easy accessable and everything needed was available.
