The size of the room was really small and was not suitable fir two person and the behaviour of the receptionist was not convenient and there was no water kettle in the room which is very popular

I like the breakfast and the lady who served it . Also the location of property was convenient .

There are no major problems with it. The shower switcher was half broken, but both modes were working. (Showering with hose head and pouring from above) The room's window has now view.

Toilet was very narrow and dirty. Such a big mistake for us staying there.

The only thing I’d like about is the bed.

Rooms were very small and a bit outdated. The bathroom was ok. No coffee or tea facilities which is fine but when my husband asked in the morning to buy a coffee from the dining room (he gets up early and wanted one before the rest of us set out for breakfast) he was going to be charged the full 15 euro fee for breakfast. Not good customer service really.

Joseph on the front desk was just fantastic. Helpful and polite. The location was fantastic, very central to everything. Very good price for the area. Quiet location.

Air conditioner not working

Air-con didn't work!!! Fortunatly, my room has windows and the temperature was not too hot. If anyone plans for summer trip, shold be careful. There was an ant moving around. Don't leave any sweet in your room. I did and the ant went into my bag!

The location is less than 10 min walk to the tourist attractions, but the hotel a bit deep in the alley. There is a convenience store nearby.

Pretty dark in the room even with lamps on, tv didn't work even after I inquired about it in the front desk (they were surprised that I didn't know some kind of local and international codes for turning on tv but even after I tried to used them, none of the channels were available), it was very hot in the room even in cool May. Corridor had a bad odour and really strange holes in its ceiling. No sound protection (really thin walls) - I heard other people talking, opening their doors, dragging their luggage, etc. Also the hotel was hard to find in the evening hourse – the old painted sign on the building was too high and invisible at night, and the sign next to the hotel door was tiny. There was another sign near the door, promoting something called Fortunity, so it seemed like hotel door is for something else. After walking in circles for 10 minutes, I ended up asking for help in another hotel nearby, and they were very kind to show me the direction and said this happens all the time.

Clean and somewhat newly renovated bathroom. Also the location is great - central and close to everything. Especially good for those traveling from / to Venice Marco Polo Airport, as the Saint Angelo waterbus stop is 2 minutes away from the hotel and goes for both directions. There is a really good and rather large supermarket just around the corner from the hotel.

The rooms were stifling hot with no air conditioning so we struggled to sleep. Air conditioning not allowed on until nearer summer apparently.

Some lightbulbs were flickering. Old style interior but I guess its matching this old town. The bed was not to our liking, especially the pillows.

Great location in the inner city and quiet at night. Friendly staff. Modern bathroom. Good price for the location.

This would just be unlucky, but during our stay they were doing a lot of refurbishing. For us it meant loud banging from 8;30-6:30+ and dust all on the floor, but it would be great for people to stay int he summer.

Excellent location. Truly the best possible location in one of the nicer spots in Venice that we saw throughout the whole trip. There was a spar right next door, multiple restaurants, bars and bakeries all within 2-3 minutes which is amazing.

Very small room with broken lights. Not all sockets were working. Very small basic bathroom..

The aircon sadly did not work at all so we were sleeping in a oven since opening the window even at night would not really help. Other than that the accommodation was very nice!

The aircon doesn’t work properly so it can be very hot in summer. The shower also spills onto the floor a lot and there isn’t very good ventilation in the bathroom.

Great location near San Marco with a nice outlook and very nearby supermarket. The staff allowed us to store our bags as we arrived early. Bed was comfortable.

It was not comfortable to sleep - the air conditioner could not cope with the heat, the double bed consisting of two single beds was moving apart all the time.

The room is in desperate need of renovation. The room gets very hot and the fan doesnt do the job. Its good for one night if you just go there to sleep.

The room decor, such as the thick wallpaper isn’t great when it’s so warm. Also there was a slight bit of noise from the room next door but this didn’t bother us.

Nice location as the area isn’t so busy with tourists, yet it is close to the touristy areas if you want to explore.

The shower was a little small, but that was too be expected in an old building.

I travelled with my mother and the location was great. About a 10 min walk to the main square. The room was Italian style and quaint, the staff were so lovely they even turned the Air Conditioning on for us while we were out walking around. The breakfast was just enough to start your day. Overall this property is good value for money and quiet at night.

There was no air conditioning in the room. we had to open up windows and had to keep them open all night to get some relief. But because of this, we ended up getting eaten alive by mosquitoes! The bath shower was tiny and I’m a petite person so that should give some perspective.

The location was close to Mark square and convenient to a lot of other places.
