I would’ve liked to be able to watch Netflix on hotel’s account. We stayed for three night ( three people) and used coffee but they were not replaced the following day. The cleaner left the used cleaning cloths on the clothes I’ve left on the table.

The shower head was sort of broken and sprayed water in all directions -a little uncomfortable to use but that's not a huge deal considering all the positives.

Beautiful room with a beautiful ceiling in a beautiful building with character. The staff was super friendly, energetic and helpful, especially Giovanna! The tall ceiling meant the room was beautifully cool and we never had to use the air-conditioning, even during a heatwave. We loved going back every evening.

It didn't affect our stay at all, but the shower leaks (room 6) and long term, this could cause issues for the bathroom and adjoining room / hallway.

The fresca on the ceiling was lovely, staff were extremely welcoming and considerate.

Very large room that we got a free upgrade for! The bathroom was also large and spacious. The location was close to downtown by a quick walk. It was nice that it had a lift/elevator for baggage!

How hard it was to find - please put a sign outside on the door - even if small would have been helpful because other than the address there was no indication of the hotel being at this location. Maybe consider changing the name?

Loved the large size of the room as it was essentially palatial and the art on the ceilings was fantastic. Staff - most helpful - I had a lot of questions and also asked for places to eat and received a nice list. Everything about my stay here was fantastic.

Very nice hotel and all the staff we interacted with (Flavio, Alessandro, Giovanna, and Martina) were exceptionally helpful and kind. They gave us a lot of helpful recommendations. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The only complaint would be that the lift is a bit small, but other than that everything was perfect. The location is also pretty nice; not too touristy but well connected to tourist areas.
