The property and room was exceptional! We loved it, the views alone, we only stayed one night but wish we were there longer. Antonella was fabulous and the spread for breakfast was amazing.

Everything was great, maybe just a tiny hint: the parking could be a bit bigger, perhaps by moving the waste bins around.

Big, spotless clean room with comfortable bed and quiet + efficient air-conditioner. Excellent hospitality. Great breakfast with many options and local products. Nice trattoria in 4 km, with huge menu and affordable prices. The owner Antonella was happy to help and share advice on any topic, and packed breakfast on our day of early departure was simply amazing.

Everything was perfect!

Truly exceptional! From start to finish, we loved our stay at San Francesco. Antonella is such a warm and welcoming host and the whole property is charming, cosy, comfortable. She went above and beyond to cater to my dietaries, and the expansive breakfast spread in the morning was a highlight including home baked goods. Cortona is nearby, and Antonella provided a map and wonderful recommendations. The room is superb - comfy bed, extremely clean, smartTV included. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool due to weather, but it looked very inviting! Couldn’t recommend San Francesco more - a highlight of our Tuscany trip.

Great location, peaceful! Perfect for children, since there is a lot of green area around, playground. The breakfast is outstanding. Everything about our stay there was pefect!

The breakfast starts at 8:30 which is a bit late if you want to leave for a trip early.

We loved staying here. The room was big, clean and tidy. Antonella was really friendly and helpful and gave us useful tips for trips and meals. Breakfest was great.

Very comfortable, clean room in a traditional building in beautiful surroundings. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast was superb, the best we had on the whole trip. Overall, fantastic value for money and we would definitely recommend!

Perfect little getaway in the middle of Tuscany. We loved our stay and wished we had booked a second night! The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing and the breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful location just like in the movies :) but people are more beautiful - Antonella and Vittoria - are wonderful hosts and made us feel like superstars. Wonderful selection of breakfast menu. Everything was WONDERFUL.

Antonella and her sister were excellent hosts . They really went an extra mile to give us all the info needed to help us enjoy maximum stay . Everybody was friendly and helpful , even with our heavy suitcases up the stairs . Breakfast is great! We shall recommend them to everybody! if you want to explore or only want to relax they are excellent !!
