I’ve alerted the property that mosquitos were a problem, probably due to a high bathroom that we couldn’t close. I’m sure they will figure out a solution.

The facilities were great. Good bed, shower, clothes washer. Great location.

Checkin was exactly at 2pm. I reached early but they couldn’t arrange an early check in.

Prime location. Room is big, clean and comfortable. There is a balcony but is useless. Just 5mins walk from Duomo

Super clear apartment, all confortevole, clear and modern app to acess with secure safe personal code, nice terrace with well kept green and privacy. Small modern kitchenette with all you may need, nice atmosfere and super host available 24/24 friendly and up the standard. Great location I will surely come back. Best accomodation in Milan!

Cristina was an excellent host, she answered all our questions via WhatsApp before we started to travel, told us how to better reach the hotel. We ended up taking Malpensa Express to Cadorna station and then took a taxi (subway option was also available). Cristina also took care of our luggage before check-in time since we came early. Location is perfect. Really perfect! I've read that it's walking distance to many sightseeing but they were closer than I expected.

Few steps away from San Babila Metro Station and the famous shopping streets. The room is very modern and spacious for 3 people. The instruction to enter the room is very clear and communicated very well by the owner. I love the bed and pillows are so comfortable.

The cleaning of the location can be better than this. The photo's from the presentation are very nice, but inside is dark, small, old, used. Regarding the price, you have to pay attention that the city taxes are not included, they are requested to be paid in cash. The coffee from the room cost 1 euro and the water and small snacks cost 2 euros each. If you will find two beds in the photo, is good to know there is only one.

The only good thing there for me was the position of the location.

We had issues communicating with the host and difficulty accessing the property. The key app was not working on my phone and i sent multiple screenshots of the error messages i was receiving (i've not had problems with other key apps i've used). I told the host the link she send me did not work and she replied "this is not possible" and later told me i had not downloaded it even after sending her a screenshots of it on my phone and the error messages i received. The biggest issue we had was one evening we were locked outside the gate outside the building because the door man had left which i didn't know would happen (at this point we had a key to the room but we were not told we needed to take to the building key too). We tried to reach the host but she did not respond to us for one hour and fifteen minutes. Fortunately, we were able to flag down a cleaning person who let us in after 20 minutes of waiting in the cold not sure what to do. Initially i had tried to cancel the reservation because i thought I would be able to get two rooms but there was only one. I was unable to cancel but i had agreed to the terms so I kept my reservation and honored it. This upset the host and i'm not sure why but i think that may have added to her attitude towards me. Another issue we had was that the host really wanted me to send my passport images over the internet on whatsapp. I wasn't super comfortable doing that and tried to get her a physical copy but she said there was no other way so i complied.

The location was good and the room was as described.
