This is the first time we have been underwhlemed with the restaurant. Quality of food and especially the service have dropped significantly. I hope steps will be taken to correct and improve it as we have always had good meals and service in the past. The hairdryer isn’t the best- it shuts down after very few minutes and not apt for styling

Onsite restaurant service was lacking - possibly understaffed? It was convenient place for dinner but don't know that I would recommend it if you have other options available nearby. There were also signs up at breakfast saying to please finish breakfast and then essentially leave. There were plenty of tables so it seemed like a strange sign to have in the breakfast buffet.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it truly didn’t disappoint. Tuscany is stunning especially the Chianti region and Salvadonica made the experience unforgettable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful and spotless and the thoughtful note they left for our honeymoon was such a special touch. A lovely little keepsake we’ll treasure. The pool was a real bonus with the hot weather, and the views are just unbeatable. We ate at the on site restaurant all three nights. It is on the pricier side but absolutely worth it for the quality, service, and setting. We also took part in the watercolor painting class and a wine tasting. Just two of the many great activity options available. There’s truly something for everyone here. We can’t recommend it enough!

From the moment we arrived at this charming hotel in Tuscany we were enveloped in warmth, hospitality, and breathtaking views. The property is absolutely stunning—nestled among rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves, with every corner looking like a postcard. What really impressed us, though, was how family-friendly the hotel is. While we enjoyed the wine, the kids had space to play safely, and the staff went out of their way to make them feel special. Our room was spacious and clean! The food at the restaurant was outstanding! Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to soak up the best of Tuscany.

I don’t have anything bad to say about it.

The property is on a hill with beautiful views of the Tuscan Hills. The sunset was stunning. The property was quiet, well maintained and clean. Everything was just like the pictures if not better. The staff were exceptional and friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The restaurant serves a great dinner. Pool area was beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. Would recommend to anyone!

It's a bit far from most of the small cities we wanted to visit or travel to for dinner. But it's close to Florence if you want to do day trips there!

Truly beautiful property in Chianti, the breakfast was delicious every day there were a few changes to the pastries. We stayed here 4 nights and had dinner at the restaurant twice, the staff is very kind and professional. There are lots of vegetarian options. The property gets a great view of the sunset and there are so many beautiful views. We did day trips to Siena and San Gimignano, as well as a few wine tours/tastings while staying here. Sadly it was too chilly to use the pool when we were staying here but it looked beautiful!
