Clean and large apartment. Nort faced terrace, so no sunshine, when you stay there. Ground floor means no meed aircondition. Out of noisy road, but still close to market and restaurant. Perfect receptionist.

This is not about the accomodation itself: Bad roads (and bad drivers) allover the region which makes it tedious to visit places on the island that are not so far.

Nice place within a calm village with nearby groceries, good restaurant.

Unfortunately during our stay (two nights) there was problem in entire north of Sardynia with no water. Because the next day we had departure we had to change our location to Alghero. It wasn't hosts fault and if we would have more time we would stay anyway but we hadn't. We got cash refound for this one night we couldn't stay and it was a relief for us. :)

Host and owner (I think it was owner of the apartment) was very nice, they welcomed us very warm. The lady from reception gave us a map and showed us nice places near La Ciaccia and in La Ciaccia. Room was very tidy and cosy. It had also little kitchen, if we could stay longer we would definitely use it! Highly recommend this place!!

The mattresses on the beds were not very comfortable. Although hard (we like hard mattresses), but probably too hard. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about.

We had a great time. The room was nice, clean, equipped with everything we needed, a beautiful large terrace, sea view. The staff was nice and helpful. We checked in without any problems even though we arrived at night. Thank you! (:

We felt that the house could benefit from some investment, like a microwave and overall kitchen equipment. The house has potential to offer a much better experience. The backyard but also could use some care. The grass and plants were not properly taken care of. 3 rooms were on floor below the ground, without AC.

Good position to explore the Northwest side of Sardinia, where you can reach places like Alghero, La Pelosa or La Maddalena within 1:30h by car. And the surrounding cities are not overcrowded, which is good for a family holidays. The 5 room apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, has good AC on the ground floor and has a spacious backyard for barbecue. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Bed covers were smelly - it smelled like old place. It wasn’t pleasant. You can hear everything from staircase- gets pretty loud sometimes. The mattress is not comfortable.

The room was clean. The location was excellent, close to everything. All necessities were there.

The cleanliness was subpar, with a noticeable bad smell inside. The bed sheets had an unpleasant wood-like odor, which was rather off-putting. Additionally, it was disappointing to find no soap in the bathroom, and there weren't enough towels provided.

Check-in was so fast and the man in reception was so nice with us, he gave us all information about Sardegna e good places to visit and more. The convenience of an independent entrance made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Plus, having two bathrooms was a big plus, The highlight for us was the fantastic place for BBQ

The bathroom smelled a little, probably because of the wind there was during our stay, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. We would have loved to get better instructions as to where we could throw our trash out, since we were told to take it somewhere, but it turns out there were no recycle bins anywhere on the streets around the whole area. We ended up throwing our recycling at a gas station that had the necessary bins.

It was really clean upon arival, super easy to find (the staff made it really easy with a map to the property), we got there later than anticipated, so we had to pick up our keys, and they were exactly where the staff told us by message, the views were incredible!! Everything we needed was provided, the private parking was really useful, and the terraces (on both sides, rooms and living room) were a perfect size to enjoy sitting outside for a while together.

Not sure where to begin, from the apartment itself, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and beautiful view on the sea. Also a friendly host who showed us beautiful beaches and recommended what to visit. By far the best value for money. And great location to go to Stintino, Alghero, Isola Rossa etc.

Missing kettle (should be part of the equipment), no WIFI in the room (in the description was no word about it), when we called reception several times, nobody answered or called back.

We spent 2 nights in this appartment with a wonderful sea view. Spacious rooms, big terrace, quiet neighbourhood, possibility of free parking in front of the appartment.

There is no salt, sugar, oil, soap in the apartment and we need to buy everything The beach nearby is not bad but compare to others on the island is nothing special we spent there only few hours.

Reception is really helpful and gave us lot of tips. Shop is very close.

The apartment needs renovation. The beds have old mattresses, as well as the duvets, which smell, although they were washed. We had to put a towel on the pillow. The shower corner cannot be closed properly, it is covered with adhesive tape. Since we had an apartment on the ground floor, we could only sleep when the neighbors above us were quiet, because you can hear every sound.
