the hotel room was surprisingly clean but i have one huge NO. After we decided to turn on the AC in just 5 minutes me and our baby started to cough and it was hard to breathe(( so the hotel definitely need to clean the AC

The building is quite old and not close to the city center. We would suggest newer beds, mattresses, and covers.

The communication with the host was excellent, and the room was well-equipped. It's really close to the airport so you can reach the apartment on foot.

Nothing really too much as I got what I was paying for exactly.

Booked this room because of the location ~10min walking distance from the airport as my flights were very late night and very early morning. Everything advertised was there and working but everything very basic. However air condition worked extremely efficient- handy as it was 38 degrees when I was in Pisa. Wouldn't recommend for longer stay or for 2 people in this room unless you out the entire day like I was. Very good communication with the host.

Aircon was functioning fine for the external temperature (24??). But if it had been really hot I might have had to ask hosts to make it a bit cooler. It was fine for that day.

Giuseppe and Laura were delightful and very helpful with info/ Pisa map etc. G carried my bag up. The room was spotless and airy with great shutters. My own bath room. Plus a TV and table (very useful) and working bedside light.

In the description it says that the parking is within the object, but it is public street parking(it is free and there is a lot of it). Also, it would be good to put some mosquito repelent because there were a lot of them. Everything else was nice.

We liked spacious room, mini refrigerator in the room and also little shared kitchen and terrace. Room was very clean and we also got the bigger room than we booked.

There is a doorbell that's not marked. Beds uncomfortable. We didn't realuse a private bathroom is not inside the room, but located across the hallway. Rooms are in need of repair and renovation, but not bad value for the price. A bit of noise from aircraft, you are so close, you can see the tattoos on the pilots arm hanging out the window.

Room was quite large, and a share kitchen area. Host was nice.

It is an apartment in which there are three rooms for different guests, one of the rooms has a bathroom in the corridor. There is a common kitchen for three rooms, which is older and lacks cleanliness and equipment (it would need reconstruction the most out of all the spaces). We had nothing to make tea in, no mugs.

On the other hand, it is quite far from the main tourist attractions (e.g Piazza dei Miracoli), since it takes almost 40 minutes on foot.

The building is quite close to the train station (almost 20 minutes walk), so it is a good choice also if you are expecting to reach Pisa quite late at night.

Location superb and within walking distance. Everything more than suitable for a short stay but the temperatures were high so the AIRCOM struggled. Even so everything was fine and local facilities within reach of the accommodation.

Wasn’t fond about the fact that it was in the 5th floor and the stairs were tiny.

The bedroom was big, the kitchen as well. It was near a bus stop that takes you straight to the train station.

It is not central if you want to be close to the city attractions, shops and restaurants. That's a half an hour walk. Keep in mind it is not a full hotel, it is a room in a serviced apartment, not bad, just to know.

Quiet, not touristic, clean, walking distance from the airport and the train station. There are a some restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The room is within an apartment which is well equipped. The design taste is far from fancy but feels original. Nice roof and good internet.

All was good. But half an hour before departure, we vacated the apartment and went outside to go to the train station, since we had purchased tickets from Pisa to Florence. The railway station was nearby, almost nearby. We asked the employees to call a taxi, they agreed and seemed to start calling. We immediately warned that our train would leave in half an hour. They kept nodding their heads and agreeing, but the taxi did not come. Time passed, at the end we began to count the minutes, when there were 10 minutes left before the train left, the women began to say that today was a day off, so there was no taxi. We were promised that the husband of one of these women would arrive and take us to the railway station in his car. But the man did not arrive for a long time and we were 10 minutes late for the train. He charged us 20 euros for the journey, but when we arrived at the train station, there were many free taxis there despite it being a day off. Many taxi drivers stood simply idle, waiting for clients. We had to buy a train ticket again from Pisa to Florence.
