Keep in mind this apartment does not have an air conditioning system, but every bedroom as well as the living room is equipped with a fan. The temperature drops significantly throughout the night, so with a couple of windows open and the fans running, the apartment stays very comfortable throughout the day.

Located in Lezzeno which is very calm, but only a 15 minute drive away from Bellagio and 35 minutes from Como. The view from the living room as well as two of the bedrooms is out of this world! One parking spot included saves the hassle of looking for parking after a long day out. Paola is a great host, punctual and very responsive. Definitely recommended.

Location was away from the hustle and bustle i.e. main tourist areas but still links by regular bus to Bellagio and Como etc. Local Bar stones throw away was run by local italian woman who didnt speak English but couldnt do anymore for you she was great. Great supermarket.

The mattresses were pretty hard. A taxi was easy to secure at the train station but needed to be reserved well in advance in Lezzeno. We walked to the ferry in about 15-20 minutes on narrow roads, which felt dangerous at first, but became more comfortable as we realized drivers are accustomed to watching out for pedestrians and bicyclers.

The view from main room and the two bedrooms is stunning! We appreciated the washing machine, as well. The town is quiet and beautiful, and the restaurant we walked to in 10 minutes was delicious. The property owner was gracious, helpful, and had printed the bus and ferry schedules for us. She was very responsive to our needs and even drove us to the train station on our way out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was fine for us but the steps may be hard for some. But it’s Italy. Everywhere has steps.

Amazing location (we had a car) parking close by free of charge. So so clean. Has everything you need. Even a washing machine. Lovely owners. Views were amazing. The little bar up the road was great. Bought a bottle of wine when all else was closed. Used google translate hahahaha.

Everything is perfect. It’s a fully equipped apartment, gives you that home away form home feeling. Located only 16 min by car to Bellagio. Paola is a super friendly and helpful host. And the view is amazing, we wished we could stay longer.

The apartment was really nice and exceeded expectations from the pictures. The view over the lake on the balcony was super great and the host was polite and helpful. Would recommend going by car as public transport in Como in tourist season can not be trusted :)

We can not recommend this apartment enough! Paula was an excellent host and was always on hand to answer any questions that we had. The apartment was kitted out with everything you would need for a short stay, including a washing machine, cooking utensils and a dishwasher. The view is amazing and very peaceful watching the boats pass by. The local restaurants are very good and reasonably priced as well as decent transport links to the bus and boat.

Little bit a hard mattress for my achy spine. Overall it did not affect the quality of our stay.

Apartment was very nice, well equipped and super clean with wonderful views over the lake. It was a quiet neighborhood which was very nice after sightseeing all day. Balcony sitting in the evening over the glass of wine and chatting was something we will keep in our memories. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks to the host.

Location, view, the owners are very nice and helpful, I recommend it to everyone, we are very happy with the stay, even though a few hours before arrival we had unpleasant situations in another Town. Overall 10/10.

Amazing place with the view on the lake! Good apartment  with heating and renovated, clear! I was pleasantly surprised to see works wall clock and chairs with soft protectors from floor scratches and noise. Notably that owners of apartment carefully and lovingly treat their apartment. I don't have any negative comments. Thank you Paola!
