Excellent host, spacious room, with good air conditioning, comfortable bed, bathroom equipped with lovely selection of toiletries. Breakfast simple with a range of local products - host has a great knowledge of the area and will do as much as he can to ensure you have a great holiday. There’s also plenty of free parking on the street nearby even in peak season. Easy 5 min walk to beach and 10-15 minutes into town. Car is useful to find beaches further afield.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and spacious. There is also an elevator to the apartment. The breakfasts are delicious and locally sourced.The owner is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. His tips and answers about the city were useful and made our stay even better.

Lovely apartment with high quality furniture, super comfortable beds, easy parking, supermarket nearby, easy access to beach & to old town. Gianfranco gave us full information on restaurants, sites to visit & much more. Breakfast was superb mix of cereal, fruit, breads, coffee, pastries.

Our stay at S'Alighera Guest House was very successful. The apartment is spacious, well-kept and well-equipped - comfortable beds, everything clean and fragrant. An additional advantage is the balconies, where you can drink your morning coffee. The location is a huge plus - a quiet area close to the center of Alghero and a few minutes walk from the beautiful Lido beach. Shops, a bus stop and a train station are right next door. An ideal base for exploring the city and the surrounding area for friends and families with children. Every morning the host prepared delicious breakfasts for us, serving fresh bread, local products, and delicious espresso. For dessert, we got juicy, fresh fruit - strawberries, pears - which was a very nice touch. Service at the highest level - professional, yet cordial. The host took care of every detail and was helpful, which made us feel really taken care of. The owner speaks several languages ​​fluently, so communication was very smooth and check-in was quick and easy. We definitely recommend this place - perfect for a relaxing stay in Alghero with a touch of local atmosphere and hospitality. We will definitely come back! Małgorzata i Maria.

The location is great, close to the beach and promenade, as well as restaurants and shops. The old town is a close 15 minute walk away. Gianfranco was an excelent host, giving great tips on restaurants, bus schedules etc. The apartment (I booked 2 beds + 1 batch) was spatious, clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was abundant and we were served quality ingredients only.

Just come back from a wonderful weekend in Alghero. Gianfranco was a fantastic host full of helpful tips to help us make the most of our short time here. The property is really beautiful room has everything you need and the beds very comfortable indeed lovely breakfast provided as well lots of free parking nearby which was important for us highly recommend!

The host is really friendly and spent time to make us feel welcome and told us about options for sightseeing, restaurants in the city and surroundings as well as beaches in the vicinity. Breakfast was adapted to our special needs (gluten free) and met our expactations. A bonus for organic options. Close access to city beach and a nice short walk in to the told town. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is a 4 bedroom apartment, splitted into 1 room + bathroom, 2 other rooms with bathroom and 1 large common living room, where you serve breakfast. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, silent. The breakfast is made with bio products from the owner bio shop, a lot of variety and very good quality. The owner is very kind and will help you with everything you need + he will give you very good recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. Just follow his recommendations and you will have a great holiday. A lot of free parking space in the area. 2-3min walk to the beach and restaurants and 10-15min walk to the center. Few large shops nearby.

We simply loved our stay to S'Alighera Guest House. The place was very clean, the AC was very welcome, a place in the fridge was very nice too, the place is super close by foot to a large beach and all others commodities also by foot (supermarket, restaurants, the old city), on top of that the breakfast by our host was just royal every morning. If you have a car, you can easily park around I never struggled to find a place around the flat location. A big thank you to our host and his very useful advices of places to go, good restaurants recommendation. So far the best host I ever had ! I strongly recommend S'Alighera Guest House place if you wanna go visit Alghero.

Gianfranco was the best host we could have imagined, his hospitability and calmness make us feel like at home, he prepared for us every day delicious breakfast with organic ingredients. He gave us lots of recommendations on restaurants and things to do in Alghero. The guest house was super clean and there was everything that we needed. The beach close to guest house is not so clean, but it doesn’t matter, because it is not so far to go by walk (also with buggy) to visit much nicer beaches or what can we definitely recommend is a rent a car. The best beach we can recommend is Bombarde beach - free parking (every time we arrived), great condition for us ( shower on the beach, beautiful sand, great beach and swimming conditions).

very nice accommodation , good location and perfect host Gianfranco :) he tried to do the best for his guests. Gianfranco recommend us all useful things like trips, restaurants, car rental company, and he was very friendly and smiling every day :) everything was clean all the time, big bathroom, air conditioning, great mattress, silence evenings after you came to accommodation. Close to this guest house is Conad supermarket and also drugstore with good prices. We can also recommend good coffee bar next to accommodation or Zanzibar behind the corner. Gianfranco recommend also very good restaurants- in the city or on the beach (Lido ristorante - great pizza with nice sea view)
