The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the train station and Hop on hop off bus. A nice breakfast of 2 pieces of fruit, juice and croissant included.

Room was noisy as it was along the main road. No mugs for cups or tea or a coffee just plastic cup which wasn't ideal.

Location was perfect for us to see the best of Rome attractions. Walking distance to must top attractions. Train station was just across the road which made travel so easy and effortless.

Very hands-on staff. It is located right by the termini with places to grab a bite. It is very easy to arrange a shuttle to the Fuimichino airport from the bnb. Breakfast was good. Very smart to give it the night before for those who had to make an early morning move. Very great value for money.

The bathroom was missing some simple things like somewhere to put your soap and the water preassure wasn't always great.

Prepacked breakfast. This neighbourhood/old building smell, but not strong. I guess its all around Rome. Small washroom, again, it's Rome.

Best location.5 mins from Termini. Spacious and clean room. AC was tricky, but amazing during heat. They were generous with free water bottles. Breakfast was ok (Juice, fruit and bread) Totally worth the money

Maybe if we could have a little fridge in our room, that could have been be a bit better. Also, it can be a bit noisy when the windows are open, but not much really.

Location is great, right next to Termini station and 20 min. by foot to the city center. They gave us fresh fruit and croissants every morning and we've had unlimited access to bottled water 0.5l in the fridge just outside the room. The room was clean, and the staff was great. To sum it up, great value for money and we will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends.

The neighborhood can be a little scary when you get there at night because it is dark. There is not an obvious sign that tells you where the place is. So we were confused at the beginning thinking we had the wrong address. But check the numbers on the houses. This is not a hotel or doesn't look like one. It is more like an Airbnb because it is an apartment turned into different rooms but you have access to the fridge, the microwave, and the kitchen(coffee machine). But the entrance is like going to an apartment.

The location! This place is very close to the metro station. The bus from the airport leaves you right there. And you can take it back from there as well. So you don't have to be walking around everywhere with your luggage. Since it is just one block from it. With a bus pass you can go anywhere until late at night and it was fairly easy to find transportation to go anywhere we want it and to come back. Having a bag of fruit, juice and pastries every morning was perfect for a good breakfast to go. Or a snack after a long day of walking. We didn't hear any noises. The windows are sound proof so it was very peaceful and quiet for us to sleep. It was very easy to talk with the owner any time we needed it.

One of the hand towels had marks on it so we weren’t sure if it had been washed but everything else was fine.

The room was very spacious. Huge ceilings and very roomy which was nice compared to other hotels. It was high in a building so there was no noise to be heard which made it enjoyable and peaceful.

The location was near one of the main train and subway stations. It was near historical places too. There were full of restaurant and souvenir Shoppings. A bus station which passes through main city points was in fron of the building.
