I had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. I loved that Netflix was available in the room for some relaxing evenings, The location is good just a two minute walk to the tram, making it easy to get around. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept us cool during the hot weather. Overall, a very pleasant experience

The room was spacious and clean. The added bonus of having breakfast at the rooms ensures your day gets off to an easy start. The location is close by a tram stop and is easy to get to from the main train station. Our host was great and helped us out before check out by checking our train information as there was a train strike the day we were leaving.

The bathroom is not safer enough when taking a shower on the tub since you have to stand on the tub and the tub is slippery. The snacks and drinks in the room have princes even a bottle of water.

Location is not near the central, you should take 20 minutes on foot or take tram. Breakfast is ok although it is not much.

There is no drinkable water for the guests and the kitchen is only for staff, which is not the real information I read from the statement in Booking. Not near the central area. When taking a shower you should stand upon the tub, which means you have to watch out the slippery tub.

The bed is cozy and a spacious room. Breakfast is not much but it is enough to have a good start of a day.

This hotel is not suitable for child bcs there is no kitchen for babies and children. Staff is so rigid who likes a soldier. Clean room and worth the money. If you dont have a child, you can be choose this home.

Attico43 B&B was a very nice place, clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were most efficient and communications with our host were prompt and efficient. Excellent value! Attico43 is located within a 5-minute walk to the T2 Tram Line (convenient).

I would say nothing serious to think about it. Perhaps the only thing is a little bit far from the center and you have to use the tram for a quicker approach.

Our stay in Attico43 was one of the best parts of Florence. After a long long day watching sights and beautiful places, the room had the best options, the Italian breakfast was excellent and the communication with Christiano was great! I recommend 100%

The proposed breakfast ( included in the price for my case) is by default limited to 2 beverages to choose and 2 food to choose). Meaning per example, if you want to have céréals with Milk, it remains you 1 beverage and 1 food to not have to pay a potential extra.... sounded really "limited" for an included breakfast...

I recommend to offer slippers in the rooms as other establishments as this is the only thing that I really felt was missing.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it was a decent walk away from the heart of Florence. I would say it was about 25-30 minutes away from where we wanted to be during the day.

Our room was very well maintained and modern. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and easy. Also, the host was very kind. The place was also 5 minutes away from the train station which made our travels easier.
