We would have appreciated a small coffee machine and a bin, but it wasn't a big problem for us and we really made the most of our short stay.

Unfortunately we never saw anyone from the staff except when we arrived. The place is not easy to find as the door is retreated from the street and the number is of PAM. We were there for 3 nights and nobody came to clean the room!

The check in process was convoluted with no human contact: lots of email and WhatsApp messages but no one on the telephone or at the location. As we arrived in the evening, we couldn’t immediately locate the property and then found it difficult to get through the gates leading to the building. Luckily a Spanish couple renting a flat in the same building helped us to get in and to eventually complete the check in, otherwise we would have probably stayed outside. Again, we tried several times to call the property on the telephone to no avail. The room was reasonably comfortable but a bit too small with little space to move around.

The building entrance seems to be a meeting point for few "marginal people". Altough at first sight you are wandering if would be safe or not walk by them, they are not aggressive and won't bother you. Moreover I don't think the hotel can do something about it. A cheaper price to the charges of the storage room would be welcomed. For around 5 hours we have paid 12+ euro.

The etsablishment-room was recently renovated and nicely decorated in a classic-modern style. Location is perfect just outside piazza Bra. There is fridge with two free bottles of water and necessary cooking facilities. There is a storage room next to the hotel.

The accommodation is very central, only a few minutes away from the Arena by foot. The decor is amazing and there is a spa bath too. The host came to let us in when we arrived and was very clear and helpful. She also let us leave our luggage in the room much earlier than the actual check in time, so we could explore Verona more easily.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure! The room had a unique and stylish design – something truly different in the best way possible, which made our stay even more special. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Federica, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Verona, just steps away from all the main attractions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if I ever visit Verona again!

Having the option to choose whether or not to use the cleaning service during the stay would be appreciated.

The location is in the heart of the city centre; nice room, very clean, lovable staff, however, in the evening, there are regularly, some undesirable individuals near the entrance gate.

The room is beautiful! Very nice design and decoration. Small but comfortable and got everything we need even jacuzzi! The entrance is very secured. You will need code and 3 keys from the main entrance to your own room. Location is perfect right in the city center, shopping area and walking street, bar and restaurants. And only 20 minutes walk to the bus/train station. Super convenient! Staff were very well communicated and helpful. We had a lovely stayed. Thank you so much. 😊

This is a large apartment divided into some small rooms. We could hear everything the neighbors were doing - isolation is very poor. The space is super tiny incl the bathroom. Better places available in Verona.

This is not a hotel, despite the name Relais. Instead, it is a collection of apartments inside of a mixed-used business property that includes things like medical offices. While the apartments themselves are clean and well furnished, the overall building is a very unusual place for an apartment. Upon arriving both my wife and I were very surprised at the location, and I believe the booking information should be more transparent in describing the location. Do not book this if you want a reception or any of the typical hotel amenities, as this is essentially an AirBnB style accommodation. I feel that not disclosing this in advance on Booking.com was false advertising.

It is very convenient to the attractions most will want to visit. Great location if going to the opera.
