No staff on hand. Being unused to do it yourself check in, I found it rather involved and overly complex. I needed to use several apps to eventually find out how to get our room card and get into the property. Don't trust Maps to find the entrance.

Suite was modern and different but nevertheless exciting. We found the facilities excellent if a little gloomy. More lighting would have been appreciated.

Check out is at 10, but cleaning lady is tearing the floor up at 09:00. Also, the coffe shop is closed in the morning, so if you better make your own coffe in the room.

Quite far from city center. We arrived by car - and it was OK.

Nice apartments. We enjoyed our stay here. Free parking. There is discount for sushi place (reservation in advance is needed and we did not go). There is a big supermarket close by.

We reserve 3 rooms , 2 of rooms was reallt comfortable and quiet . One of the room wasnt quiet , an aspirator make a terrible noise .

It is as it is - "luxury rooms', although it is quite far away from the city centre in an industrial/commercial area.

There is no restaurant or maid service, the place is more like an AirBnB but it is sort of implied in the way you do the booking. We stayed for 3 days and did not need anything replaced, I would imagine someone staying for a week or more would need at least their towels refreshed and the room cleaned. For short stays the lack of a restaurant can easily be replaced by a trip to the supermarket. A fridge in the room would be a welcomed bonus to compensate for the lack of a hotel restaurant for longer stays. We only received one room key and every time I had to go get something from the car I had to leave my wife in the dark or risk getting locked outside the building, happened twice to me in the morning when nobody is around so be careful.

The rooms are very big and comfortable. There was heating turned on which is a first for Italy in my experience. Considering the size of the room and the comfy temperature this place was better than a 5 star hotel. There is very good wifi available and parking on site. The place is easy to get too and very close to a big hypermarket where you can get water and some food. The place has a japanese restaurant as a separate business, I highly recommend eating there at least once, they have good food, just remember to make a reservation as it can get very crowded.

Keys left in coded box outside reception. We did not know because despite booking via you on this email address, the instructions were sent by WhatsApp to my wife’s phone. When we phoned to ascertain our room numbers etc the chap was VERY rude and hung up. Luckily, the waitress in the restaurant next door kindly helped us by talking to the ‘whoever’ and explained the message sent to my wife’s phone. It was a bit like “help yourself”!

Hard to self check-in, webs8te did not take answers, had to repeat responses, took forever, very cumbersome to enter personal information, no door lock from inside (cleaning lady can just walk in anytime). Slippery shower, no towel racks, no desk to eat or do work, located industrial zone

Trying to get assistance is a major hassle. No one works at the front desk, if you need anything or have questions you have to contact the workers through whatsapp and they don't always respond right away, if at all. Our room had a spa, but it didn't have instructions to turn it off so the room was very humid and hot. There was AC but it's nowhere near the beds and was very weak, it didn't cool the room at all. The rooms are not sound proof. There were cats around the area that were very loud all night. Around 7am I woke up to what sounded like someone tossing large pieces of debris into an empty dumpster for at least 30 minutes. When I contacted the people on whatsapp, I told them all of these things and mentioned I didn't want to stay the second night I had booked because I didn't want to risk not being able to rest on my vacation. They replied that they would refund me for one of the nights and apologized for the inconvenience, but I never received any refund and now when I try to contact them, all they say is that it shows on their end that a refund was issued, and after that they just stopped replying to me. Additionally, the morning we were leaving, the hotel issued someone else a key to our room and they walked in while we were still there. This hotel is also far from the downtown area of Padua so the most feasible way to do anything is by taxi if you don't have a rental car.

rain was leaking from ceiling the room was stinking from humidity' the reception refused to change room or provide refund. left the hotel as soon as I could. there is nothing luxurious there: bed is very uncomfortable, there is a very small window in a strange location. they did not provide a receipt for the payment....

Bad location, on top of a Chinese restaurant, people making lots of noise until past midnight and smoking under our windows and we couldn’t sleep, peacocks loud all night long, room is build with very poor materials, not very clean, toiletries worse than the train stations’, no kettle, bed most uncomfortable with a topper on top of a poor quality mattress and a sweaty top layer, no one to ask anything for, the number I had messaged didn’t reply, we had a heater going on all night, we couldn’t stop. Way too expensive without even breakfast.

but be careful Thay have Japanese restaurant in the first floor. There is very bad smell of the restaurant All the time its ugly smell. Also the room temperature is 22max you can't adjust the temperature so u feel cold the shower water is weak
