Easy to find and easy to get in with access codes - I arrived after 10.30pm. Very clean, perfect room for me, ac already on. Comfortable beds, Staff exceptionally helpful and arranged my transfer to Bergamo train station. I will stay again next time I’m in the area.

The hotel was very clean and smelled great. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room had everything — from bottled water to a comb. They also offer an airport shuttle service.

I can’t say that you can stay here for a week, for example. We were 3 nights and it was comfortable to visit Milan, for example, and to leave the airport early in the morning.

Excellent standard clean rooms. Not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes walk. Comfortable, you can check in at any time: the owners are in touch. In the morning you can drink coffee with a standard dessert. There is a cafe nearby, where you can take any dish away.

I really liked the hotel. New, clean furniture, as if just after renovation. There is everything you need from a brush to a comb. The owner is very friendly. You can get to the airport on foot. Very convenient.

Breakfast was not very good. Maybe treat before flight be more suitable description. Paper thin walls between room - we woke up at 4 as the people in next room were preparing for their leave. You can hear airplanes landing as well.

Close to the airport that you can walk (25minutes) or you can ask owner to drive you for 15 euros.

My one-night stay at this hotel was very nice, primarily chosen for its convenient proximity to the airport. The owner was very nice and helpful. The room itself was very spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need, including a full range of toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. I also appreciated the access code system for the rooms. This was particularly convenient for us, as it allowed for a very late-night check-in. There is also a tidy garden outside :)

Not that easy to find as there were no panels with the name of the hotel once on the address. The location is excellent but there shall be an indication and a panel with the name of the hotel.

The rooms were really clean and brand new. The reception service and the organisation was perfect. Excellent reception and great human connection. They managed to provide with the airport shuttle early in the morning. Overall excellent location, rooms and service! Great place.

The bed was pretty narrow, but the mattress was comfortable (hard, but that works for me). There was only one very broad and stiff pillow per bed. Nothing wrong with that but it would be nice to have two smaller ones instead since different guests sleep in different ways. I usually sleep on my back, therefore one big and high pillow is not comfortable for me. It was very noisy and echoed a lot outside the room, and the doors had poor insulation. So I got woken up at 4:30 by several men talking right outside my door, where the reception and dining was. Would be nice if the doors were better insulated.

I didnt have breakfast but it seemed like it was on the lighter end, I only saw juice and som plastic-packaged pastries (that stood out the night before as well). I could not see any eggs, vegetables, fruits, bread, yoghurt etc. But maybe the personnel would bring that out if I would stay for breakfast..? I payed for shuttle service to the airport the next day for 15euros which I though was a nice service! Nice and accommodating personnel.
