The apartment was lovely and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of Lake Como with the ferry only 100 metres down road and regularly going to Bellagio. Also a short walk to other ferry stops that can take you to Varenna and Lenno. The host Andrea was very helpful and provided good instructions.

We loved everything about this beautiful studio directly across from Bellagio overlooking Lake Como. Andrea, the host, made us feel welcome from the get-go. Good and clear communication before hand and he provided a property that felt luxurious and provided (from its well positioned balcony) great views of the lake and the city of Bellagio. Two minutes walk gave us access to at least a couple of nice restaurants, access to the ferry to Bellagio and to a nearby bus stop that was a good option to travel to and from the train station.

Lovely apartment in a quiet villa. Whilst the villa itself needs some work, the apartment was lovely. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the quieter side of lake como. Ferry is only 100 metres down road and regularly going to Bellagio. We went in off season and loved the drive here.

Andrea was a great host, ensuring he was in touch at all times to make the process for check in and check out very smooth and comfortable. The room was very clean, modern yet cozy and had amazing views as the building is directly located on the lake. The ferry service was right at the door step and an additional one just a 5 min drive to Menaggio. As we stayed during off season, it was very quiet and serene. Albeit this also meant that restaurants were primarily available in the nearest larger town ( Menaggio). Luckily we still managed to locate a great coffee shop just a minute down the road that remained open! We would 100% visit again!

It’s minor but the bed sheet didn’t perfectly fit the mattress so it had to be fixed every morning.

Very nice and helpful host. The apartment is clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed for cooking even small things like balsamico which is very thoughtful of the owner. Not only a baby cot was provided for our little one but also a lovely bath set. The view is exceptional!

Having a car made it easy to use as a base but there is a bus service available and ferry service easy to access to Bellagio and Menaggio. Views are spectacular over the lake. Can never tire of them. Andrea a very obliging host and has done a lovely job designing the 3 apartments we booked. Giorgio runs a lovely restaurant downstairs for lunch and dinner.

The property is waterfront in a beautiful location looking over to Bellagio and Varenna. Private parking is available. The ferry is literally a few steps away. I would rate the property 10/10 and as described. A pleasure to stay at, and sit on the balcony with a nice glass of wine taking in the postcard views in every direction!

We did not mind too much because the view was gorgeous, but be prepared for the fact that in any stay with lake view in the area, even at luxury hotels, you have to deal for the majority with noisy traffic right under your window or balcony.

Very efficient pleasant & helpful Host Andrea. Gorgeous view and convenient location, feel at home, rather spacious for a European studio, very practical modern comfortable & extremely clean which can sleep 3. Good and reliable restaurant suggestions from our host, restaurant next door has delicious food and a terrace so very convenient. Walking distance to ferry, to local tiny food & and all kind of products needed including best Italian sandwiches store, to famous Villa Carlota and a pleasant stroll.

Having to pay extra for car parking. If spaces were limited I could understand this, but each apartment has its own dedicated parking space.

Excellently appointed 2nd floor apartment in a central location with great views across the lake. There is a local store five minutes walk away and a ferry terminal two minutes away. A great base for a week exploring towns on the lake. If you like walking the Lake Como greenway start is easily reached via a C10 bus and there are other routes through charming small villages on the West of the lake. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Royal Cadenabbia. We can also highly recommend the restaurant Belle Ile on the ground floor.

We loved our stay here, it was close to the ferry, mini market and other larger stores near by. Easy walking around the town and the best restaurant below the apartment, they were so friendly and the food was yumm. We arrived to a very clean, fully equipped, and a lovely bottle of wine and some fresh fruit which was perfect for our first night. Instructions on how to get here were excellent as were all our communications with Andre, we choose the perfect spot for our break away around Lake Como. Many thanks Lesley and Steve.

It was perfect, nothing not to like.

The location was fantastic, five minute walk to mini market, across the street from the ferry taxi so super easy to visit Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio on the lake. Ten minutes away from Cadenabbia and Mennagio golf club which is gorgeous! The apartment had everything we needed, modern, clean and comfortable. Wonderful balcony overlooking the lake. Great little shared laundry room. The host went above and beyond to help and advise us!

Nothing, the property is amazing and truly worth its price

My stay at Andrea’s apartment in Cadenabbia was absolutely fantastic. The apartment has stunning lake views. The convenient access (a block away) to bus and ferry services made exploring the area easy. The apartment is very stlyish and comfortably furnished, down to the last detail. Andrea was an incredible host, providing helpful advice, tips and information. He even went as far as greeting us in person for check in, giving us timetables of the ferries, and leaving us fresh fruits and wine on the house. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who want a truly memorable Lake Como experience at a great price. Thank you, Andrea!

Quite a busy road but didn't keep us awake.

Lovely comfortable, clean & well-appointed apartment with easy access to both ferry terminals and local buses. We left our car in the apartment parking space and didn't need it for the whole week. Great views over the lake to Bellagio.

Like most buildings on Lake Como its an old building and could use some updating. We could not figure out how to turn on the towel warmer. We could have asked but it didn't seem that important.

The room was exactly as represented in the pictures and was well priced. The patio provided a beautiful view of Bellagio and the ferry boats each day. The apartment was very clean with a large living/kitchen area, TV, couch, chair and breakfast table. The kitchen had a stove, microwave and refrigerator and any cooking utensils and dishes needed. Andrea is the manager and he was great to work with. He helped us with local suggestions and answered questions. It was nice to know he was always a text away if we needed help. Several restaurants are close by, 2 ferry boats and a bus stop within walking distance. Bellagio was a very short ferry boat ride away (accepted cars also). We drove around the lake, which is not for the faint of heart but was fun! Most days we took the ferry boat and walked through the towns. The best restaurant in the area (including Bellagio) was a little restaurant next door called Belle ile. It is under new management with a new Chief, has a formal atmosphere inside and a nice outdoor patio overlooking the lake. It doesn't matter what you order its all excellent. We were in Bellagio 8 days and had dinner there 4 times. We couldn't find a restaurant with better food and it was next door. A good breakfast and coffee was a block away at Risto Bar along with several other restaurants.

The location couldn't be more perfect, whenever I return to Como I will stay at the same place. 5 minute walk to the bus stop, 2 minute walk to the ferries. From this apartment you can easily reach any village around. The apartment is lovely, has everything you might need and the view is incredible. What a great way to start to day by having breakfast in the balcony.
