Someone screamed at 2am one day and we shit our pants but its not their fault

Spacious room, very friendly manager and staff. Clean and the hall always smelled good. We got air conditioning, very nice. The location is god tier, 1 minute away from Termini, shop downstairs for any beverage.

Its very conveniently located near Rome Terminus . when you come out of terminus just cross the road and hotel is at a distant of less than 1 minute by walk .. .Value for money hotel . R ooms are spacious . Cleanliness is good .

Wi-fi not working. The two electrical outlets on the sides of the bed are useless (the plug does not fit), towels worn and threadbare. Taps and shower could use some updating.

A good solution, without too many pretensions, good for a night or two. Clean room and bathrooms, comfortable bed, a stone's throw (literally) from the right exit of Termini station. Kind and welcoming staff.

Needs some decorating work as very dated and the shared bathroom was questionable regarding cleanliness! however the rooms were comfortable and I slept well after a busy day exploring the sites of the city

It could be a bit loud - the windows weren't very well sealed - fortunately the street noise subsided around 11pm so it wasn't a big problem.

Great location just outside Termini station. Close to buses to and from both airports, metro station, breakfast cafes (Sfizio!) and so on. 30 minutes on foot from Colosseum, 5 minutes from a strikingly ugly Pope John Paul II statue. I liked the people in the reception area, they were really nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. We had a room with a private bathroom - it was OK in my opinion. Nothing too fancy, but it served the purpose. The place is definitely affordable.

At 8am, a woman was talking out loud, and shouting I couldn’t even finish my sleep, for 15min straight, that was a nightmare

When I arrived at the property the reception is at 1 floor and they did not explain in advertisement. So, it’s bit confusing to reach at check-in point.

The street was noisy and the noise started very early. I woke between 5 and 6 every morning. There are plenty of rooms not on the street, it is better to pick one of those if you can. The tv in the room was so tiny I had to move the chair to see anything, but other than that, nothing wrong with the room.

Good location, nearby metro, train and busses and an easy walk into the city, friendly staff, clean rooms and bathroom facilities. Basic, but good value for money.

Extremely close to Termini station building. Good enough place to take a snap after/before next train/flight/bus. For my plans, late arrival and exit in the night fit well.

It was much better than I expected. Bathroom was clean and room was just fine! The 24/7 guardian makes it safe and the place is so close to the Termini train station that it makes it really convenient if you ha e a train to catch..

The shower facility could be improved. It wasn't easy to have hot water running so we mostly had to have cold showers.

We liked everything about this property. Great location, decent room with amenities and comfortable beds. We were a family of four and this property met most of our expectations.
