It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Walls are quite thin and you can hear everything when others are staying in the rooms nearby (not the hotels fault that people are incredibly rude and inconsiderate of the time of night) ☺️

Wasn’t too far from any shops and transport - friendly host!

No iron for clothes

The staff was very nice and provided advice about parking since their parking lot was full. The place is right by the tram station that took us to Duomo (~25 min ride). Several cute restaurants and cafes right down the street. We loved the blinds that come down by the press of a button. Our room had a private bathroom, but others had a shared bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. I would stay here again.

Just that the shower was small and inconvenient. Toilet was slippery. Could be redesigned. But this is a luxury complaint and will not stop us from rebooking. Just healthy feedback.

Amazing hospitality. The receptionist and the other staff were so welcoming and friendly. Exceptional Hospitality(worth mentioning again).

Surprisingly a very modern Hotel diffrent from a normal hotel tho but if you plan on sleeping there 1/2 nights it has everything you need. The bedsheets could be a bit more cleaner the only negative thing. Metro or Bus is also not far away to go to the center.

The room was made small by the queen size bed

Clean and comfortable hotel. The room was a bit small but it had a pleasant balcony which we enjoyed. But most important of all was the AMAZING service received by the Staff at time of reservation as well as during our stay. Very friendly, professional and always ready to help. Grazie!

There was no hot water in the shower. No elevator to the 3rd floor. Otherwise there was nothing bad about this accommodation.

Excellent staff, the man in the reception was very nice and hospitable. When we arrived he gave a complimentary bottle of wine to us and then showed us to our rooms and how to get in and out of the accommodation. The rooms were nice, the one on the first floor had a lovely balcony but was smaller in size. The room on the top floor was bigger but there was no balcony, only a ceiling window. Beds were nice and soft. Clean rooms and towels were provided. Good location with the tram being only a short 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The location is very good. Quiet but easy access to the center, you can go to the tram station in 3mins walk or 12 mins walk to the metro Susa. We had wine for the welcome drink which was very appreciated. The bed is comfy and bathroom is also clean. I recommend.

The bathroom was tiny, and I had to borrow a kettle from reception to make a cup of tea in the evening.

The hotel is very basic but it's clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good location for where I planned to be, outside of the city centre.
