Our stay in Rome was truly unforgettable, and the biggest reason for that was the amazing hospitality of Pamela and Nilo – the best receptionists you’ll ever come across! Pamela personally welcomed us from Termini station with such kindness, and later surprised us with a beautiful birthday decoration for my wife, which made the stay extra special. After her shift, we met Nilo, who was equally wonderful – she recommended a fantastic restaurant, and the food was so delicious that we still get mouth-watering memories when we think of it. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just near the train station, which made traveling around so easy. Overall, this stay was excellent in every way. With staff like Pamela and Nilo, the experience goes far beyond just accommodation. 100000% recommended without a doubt!

The only negative we can truly say about the room was that our toilet was not in the room, but down the hallway and that made it a bit tricky at night. The room was on the 3rd floor and there are many small stairs, but there is an elevator available, slowly but surely to get you to your floor. Shower is small and limited lighting in the shower. The drainage in the shower was also giving us a bit of a worry at times.

Location was brilliant, 500m from the train station or busses. You can buy a ticket as a 24/48hr or longer pass and go on the busses or use the underground however you want. You also have a huge variety of food stalls along the way to the bus/train station. We felt very safe walking there during the day or night. The Hostess was extremely helpful, friendly and just an amazing person to interact with - 10/10 to her. We had access to a vending machine for some snacks or coffee at a very good price.

Very pleasent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a great value for money. Just 2 mins walk from roma termini. Also very good connection to public transport bus stop is just few steps which can take you anywhere in rome. Highly recommended.

Check in close at 8 and Reception closes at 10 puts some stress if you are arriving late but staff is very helpful and responsive.

Perfectly located in front of the main train station (Roma Termini) so convenient for a night before/after train transit. A lot of restaurants and activities near by. Staff is very helpful :)

The WiFi speed was very slow, it would be better to say it didn't work.

I recommend it to everyone, The location of the hotel was very good, right next to the Roma Termini, next to the metro. There is a direct bus to Castel Romano for basic shopping, several tour companies' buses stop there, it is a great hotel for those who want to travel to all parts of Italy by train

It was everything pictured so there is nothing I didn’t like as I knew what to expect.

Super close to the station, we just needed something for a couple hours as we had an early flight so it was just perfect for those needs. the staff were INCREADIBLY sweet and kind to me and my daughter, it was just so nice to be hosted by them. They let us check in early and were very helpful with any questions I had for them.

The place was clean and air con worked perfectly. Water was provided and there was even a communal kitchen with biscuits, tea and coffee. I have no bad points about this place and for a place to sleep in whilst exploring rome it was perfect.

The pressure of water in the shower could be a bit better. The AC makes a lot of noise and you understand that the earbuds they present at the side of each bed are for it, not the noise coming from the street. That said, having walked for hours to see Rome, we slept like babies despite the noise coming from the AC.

All the staff are very kind and helpful. We were very impressed by them. The location is great, just a minute from the station and the stops of the shuttle buses! The beds are comfortable, the place is clean.

A little bit noisy some nights with drunk homeless outside, earplugs recommended. Not so safe after 10pm.

Very close to the station, which makes it VERY convenient to move around rome. Just walk to the station and take the metro, trains or bus. The hotel is fairly old but its taken care of and staff makes up for it.

Facilities are basic. Fridge is in shared kitchen. Shower is not stable as we have to ask staff to fix the hot water, but they fix it very quickly.
