The only thing I could say is the room size. However given everything thing else the Rose Suite offers, it more than compensates for it. It was not small by any means and the shower gave plenty of room to breathe.

The Rose suite was one of the best hotels I stayed in. From the staff to the quality and comfort everything was amazing. The location was convenient for restaurants and traveling to the train station. The hosts gave a lot of great information about things to do. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. I would 100% recommend Rose suite to travelers visiting Rome.

Property was absolutely stunning and the staff were brilliant. We booked the rose suite and got told we were upgraded however our room didn’t look like the picture of the rose suite and I actually think we’re downgraded from a suite to a room. Even still, the room was lovely, just a shame we didn’t get what we booked and paid for.

Could hear everything that happened outside the hotel room. Cleaning personnel talked loud in the hallways in the morning.

We wanted to stay close to the train for our flight the next day so very convenient. Room was nice and clean and air conditioning worked well. There was a small elevator which was great since we stayed on the 6th floor.

It seems that doors can only be closed if you slam it therefore we could always hear the neighbors going and coming. It was a bit disturbing.

Was nice and modern. Very clean. Felt safe, with only being able to access your apartment area via key fob, then your own key for your room. Close to the local train station and close to access the public transport buses and metro.

Everything was perfect. Just a small suggestions. Maybe a small tube of dental paste would be nice if someone comes by forgetting one at home and earplugs for those who are light sleepers because it gets a bit noisy of the tram sounds.

Thank you! We had a wonderful stay in Rome. We booked Rose Suite room, but when we arrived we were located to stay in Rose Inn suites, which is the same owner property. The Suite was perfect: clean, have a balcony, doesn't have any smell, modern and if you have a huge luggages there is an elevator. The property staff was wonderful - they helped a lot (with questions, with luggage storage and etc). Also the cleaning lady cleaned our room and changed towels everyday. The location was perfect - room is close to the Rome Termini station and near the Santa Maria Maggiore so we walked everywhere by foot! If we had to get somewhere a bit distant we used the public transportation (buses) which was easy to navigate in this city. If some of you are afraid of Termini Station area - don't be! Yes, there are homeless and sketchy people, but if you stay vigilant you will be okay! Also, near the property is a police station and a lot of policeman officers are watching area from early morning to night time at the Termini Station.

The location is amazing. Very close to everything 2 min away from Termini from which you can take the bus to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
