If planning to stay in Pisa only, probably wouldn’t recommend. About a 30 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. There is a bus from the train station to take you into the main area which was fine for us but can be inconvenient if you like to drop back into your room. Not many sockets in the room either.

Very clean, quiet area (didn’t seem like there were many tourists.) In walking distance from the airport! Close to the train station (5 min bus or about a 15 minute walk) which made it very helpful when it came to travelling to neighbouring cities (1hr from Florence, 30 minutes from Lucca etc.) Staff were responsive via whatsapp and helpful. Free sparkling water, coffee pods & biscuits upon arrival! TV with a casting feature so you don’t have to log into your accounts on the actual TV!

Hotel position is good towards both pisa train station and airport, but the hotel outside is in a very bad zone. not dangerous (nothing is in Pisa) but rather "decadent" and not welcoming. Once you are in, instead, the structure is surprisingly good!

Difficult communication with the staff, they don’t provide the access code in advance. No early check-in, even if the room is available. Thin walls, very noisy. Very small shower cabin. Hard to find, no signs or directions.

Spacious room, close to the train station and the airport (though a bit noisy). There is a kitchen, coffee mashine, microwave. Conditioner.

Hard communication

It was not bad room, but very hard communication with a manager. I read here, that it is difficult to find the place. And I sent message with asking to send all details and photo of the building to find the place/ I ask to send all information in 1 day before my traveling and got nothing, only answer @wonderful@. So thanks God people who work next building helped me to find the place. They was amazing helpful)!

The room was extremely cold, the heating didn’t seem to work properly. Much more efficient in cooling down (so possibly a much better choice for summer).

Walking distance from the airport and central train station, the staff is ready to accommodate inconvenient check-in times due to late flights. Hot water and shower pressure excellent.

Nice and equipped apartment close to the airport and train station. There is a bus to the center not far from the apartment. It's self check in, at first no one answered our messages, but when we arrived at the apartment we immediately called and everything went well. The price-quality ratio is good.

Maybe the shower was a little too tiny, but that's a detail. Also, I found that there wasn't any real place to put your clothes in, but I did not stay long (2 nights) so that wasn't an issue (there's a shoe rack kind of thing where you can place things, I don't know the word for it).

I really liked the place, the beds were very comfy and the tv is a plus. There's also a "common room" where you can have tea, coffee, ... for free which is pleasant. There's also a terrace which is nice as well. I walked from the airport and it was less than 20 minutes! The train station was really close as well. I really liked this place and I would definitely go there again. It's a great place for the price!

Hard to find, down a couple of little alleyways. And rough pavements on the route , tricky as we were carrying luggage. 1st impressions of the area were a little off putting.

The place is little bit hard to find it, it's not so close to the city center. The facilities were basic, not so clean and good. The room didn't have any wardrobe, we have no place where to put our clothes. We didn't realize that it was self check in, because of the late sent instructions to my phone, so I had to make a call.

Close to the airport, the garden was really nice. Free coffee was available.

The only downfall was that the room had strong humidity and was cold. Even though the temperature outside was quite high but in the room, it was cold. I slept with the sweater on. I think that this problem would have been solved by providing an external heater. I believe that little renovation of the apartment can raise its standard and comfort. Moreover the shower area is so small that you can't move in it. It can be replaced to provide comfort to the guests.

The locality of the property is perfect. 15 min by walk to the airport and pisa central station. The room size was reasonable. And it has a beautiful garden to enjoy the ☀️. Coffee and tea were available all the time which you can enjoy during the day.
