How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Poor sound isolation, could hear other guests talking even though they weren’t loud. One night we had problems with the electricity, but it was fixed within an hour.

Something should be put to prevent water from the shower from spilling to the toilet
Breakfast not included, the location was good close to a metro station. Also, walkable distance to Termini. The lights were a bit too much for a hotel room, too fancy and too bright.

Walls seemed paper thin, we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms. The bright light in the hallway stayed on until very late and shone in around the door.
Convenient location by the metro stop, comfy bed, friendly staff, decent shower.

Staff were polite and friendly, made the check in quite easy. Room was clean and well kept and the bed was pretty comfortable. The TV was a bonus, but wifi would cut out every now and then. Location is decent, handy to use Lime bikes or scooters as there’s a bike path up the main road to Roma Termini Only real issue we found was the shower being attached to the toilet and sink very closely, meaning once you’ve showered the floor was wet when you needed the bathroom.

The breakfast has not been included. The shower was not well-constructed. Wifi was really bad

The bathroom had a strong sewage smell and even with the window open it was still strong. Also it did not mention of their website that it’s on the second floor with NO lift. Which means we had to carry our luggages up. However, in Europe their second floor is really the third floor so prepare yourself.
The price was great for the place. We didn’t mind being a little far out as we used the metro which is about a 10 minute walk.

The rooms were not cleaned daily, which is ok, but we didn’t know what to do with overflowing trash cans in the room and how to get new towels.
The staff was great. They were friendly, helpful and responsive.

It is on 2nd floor and no lift There is no morning breakfast however staff was very helpful and allowed me to use their kitchen It would be more helpful if they have kettle and microwave

Poor soundproof as we could hear other guests while they were speaking loudly. The smelly bathroom, however it wasn't a fuss as we spent more time outdoors.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations. Good value for money.

Pretty far away from old town, bad smell from the pipes on the bathroom constantly, a piece of material as protection from water under the shower (water was all over the place), not a lot of place in the room, thin walls (waking up by hearing old germans talking at 6pm - the worst experience ever)
Big new TV with SmartTV, huge and comfortable bed, nice looking inside of the hotel, a bidet in the bathroom, good and fast wifi, clean room, metro nearby.

Only thing is that there was smell from sewage system, but since hotel is located in residential building, I think its general problem of the building. And also, I wish they would change bath curtain for new guest.
Stuff was great, very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, calm and quiet neighborhood, 2-3 min walk from metro Policlinico, 30-40 min walk from city center. Everyone told me that 2-3 star hotels in Rome are generally pretty poor quality, but it was much better then I expected.

If I need to write here something, only this is something that can bother some people: the towels were not changed daily.
The hotel room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Climatization was working properly and the personal was helpfull every time when it was needed. The location was good since the metro was very close, around 5 min walk and you could get to the centre, train station, colosseum ..etc with it.

There is absolutely no Wi-Fi in our room. We didn’t plan an Internet detox, so we had to use roaming to the maximum.
Friendly staff who do not lose their composure even in stressful situations. Customer-oriented management. Special thanks to the administrator who received us at night and did everything possible for our comfortable accommodation

Paper-thin walls. There was 3cm gap under the doors, which meant we heard everything. Smelly bathroom in one room. Overall small but fine.
We stayed in 3 rooms. Good accessibility to the city center via metro. Free coffee machine. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

Said breakfast is included. It isn’t and it didn’t seem likely that they could. Absolutely not a problem though as an excellent local cafe nearby. This place is absolutely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as there’s a lot of stairs.
Staff are brilliant and very helpful and friendly. Great location with local buses and metro close by Room was very comfortable and well appointed.
