Good location near train station and 10 min walk to harbour to get ferries to islands and Porto Venere Close to restaurants and bars. Stated "single room" but had double bed and had a small fridge. Bottled water and biscuits supplied in room. Cleaned every 2 days and resupplied. Quick access to Cinque Terre via trains, worth getting a "Cinque Terre train pass - unlimited train access for 24/48 hrs depending on ticket choice between La Spezia and Levanto". Also an option to get a hiking pass to walk between the 5 towns.

The location was amazing! The room was very clean and well-equipped with all facilities that you need. The accomodation is very close to the train station - about 5 minutes and to the old city. Pamela was very responsive at my needs and help me with more references about restaurants, places to visit or schedule of buses.

The only downside was the noise during the night — other guests or residents in the neighboring rooms were quite loud, and unfortunately we were woken up a couple of times. The walls seem to be quite thin, as we could clearly hear sounds from the adjacent bathroom, from the toilet flushing to the shower being used. Luckily, we had earplugs with us, which solved the problem.

The host was very kind and helpful, providing us with clear instructions for the check-in process. The room and bathroom were spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent — right at the beginning of the pedestrian street in the city center, and only a 5-minute walk from the main train station, which was very convenient for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I didn’t find the pillows comfy, but I’m just really fussy when it comes to that. Everything else was great.

Excellent location just 2-3 minutes walk from the train station and the centre. The room was spotlessly clean and modern. It was quite basic but had everything needed for a short and comfortable stay.

great option for a cinque terre trip. ~5 mins away from the la spezia train station, so very convenient if you want to visit any of the villages, as monterosso who is the furthest from la spezia is around 15 minutes away. the apartment was clean, spacious, perfect for a 2/3 day trip. it does not contain a kitchen so take that into consideration, but if you don't plan on cooking then you won't have a problem. clean and chic bathroom, even though it's pretty small. great bed. ac was very helpful. great value for money overall!

It’s not the biggest room and the bathroom/shower is quite small but for me it was fine. The room did have a little bit of a smell to it just probably needs airing before the next guest but not awful.

The room had everything I needed and very close (5-10min walk) to the train station for links to Cinque Terre etc. Plenty of shops and food/drink places nearby. I liked that there was a fridge, tea, coffee, water and even biscuits. Plenty of hanging/storage space. Full length mirror and the bathroom had a hairdryer and toiletries - even a (new & sealed) toothbrush! It was also very quite once in the room.

Pamela was a fabulous host. The room was absolutely perfect: neat and tidy, with a refrigerator and a tea kettle. It was a great option for me, since I was visiting family and out exploring for most of the day. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in the room after a long day of exploring. The best part was the super comfortable bed. Pamela left great instructions for me to access the rooms, and was extremely responsive to my questions. Grazie mille, Pamela!

We did not get the check-in instructions in time, and no-one answered the phone number that was written next to the door. However, the host was very quick to answer on Booking, so we managed to get into the room. (There must have been a mix-up because we ended up getting an automatic e-mail about checking in later that night.)

Plenty of hangers to hang the clothes, cleanliness, VERY comfortable bed, coffee/tea/biscuits, a small fridge... The host was very kind and answered within minutes.

The room was lovely, very modern and clean. It had everything we needed including fresh towels. Also really handy having a fridge in the room. The room is situated in a central area with great access to bars and restaurants, and supermarkets close by too. Michela the host was very responsive and was understanding when our check in time was delayed due to transport troubles. We were given clear instructions on how to access the room and had no bother. Would recommend :)
