A great place to stay in Florence! It has everything you need, and the host thought of every detail. Air conditioning was a lifesaver, and my room had a private patio. Close to public transport and high ceilings which evoke the feeling of a meticulously renovated, historic Italian residence.

Perhaps for those walking places, the location is not as central as someone may like, but there are many modes of public transport minutes from the building.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Upon check in, we were greeted with a welcome basket complete with juices, fruits, biscuits, maps, and recommendations etc. Our bathroom was stocked with body wash, shampoo, handmade soaps, makeup pads, q tips, a nail file and even micellar water and organic face and body moisturiser. The attention to detail was second to none, the room was very clean and spacious too, and we had our own shelf in the fridge and access to all the kitchen facilities and shared living room. The hosts ensured we knew they were available at any moment via whatsapp etc. I would stay here again for sure.

The house is like 20 minutes from the center, which for us was good because we could see other area, one more quiet and normal of Florence

Anna and Giovane are exceptional hosts. Had a marked plan of florence with specific things we were interested in. Large rooms with shared ketchen and shared lounge. Laptop computer on the internet is availible for use. Couldn't ask for better. Garden out the back.

Maybe a bit further away from downtown Florence that would be ideal. There is tram that takes you there in 20 minutes.

This accommodation is like a dream. If we come back to Florence, certainly here. Everything was perfect, prepared with love and care. And sooo clean. The place is quiet, we slept really well and with the tram (which goes every few minutes) it is not so far to the city centre. Moreover, you have everything needed very close (caffeteria, restaurant, groceries). The owners are very very kind and helpful. Thank you both for everything 🙂

Probably one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Anna and her partner went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and give us great local tips during our stay in Florence. I truly hope we will get a chance to stay here again!

Anna is super helpful and service minded, and communication is top class. You´ll find a guide in your room with recommendations of some nice restaurants as well as what to do in Florence, how to get there and more. The apartment is nice and location is quiet, although it is close to the trains. Easy to get to the city center by tram.

Location is a bit further out of town but easy enough to get around using the tram or by foot (half hour walk to main train station and centre of town).

We had an awesome stay at Rooms by Anna. This is a lovely home with plenty of character. Anna maintains it to a great standard and supplies everything you could need for your stay, including plenty of helpful information about Florence and the area. Anna you are a great host!

Personal approach. Check in is available during the whole day. During check in you are getting recommendations about Florence (where to eat, which places to visit). I recommend them, because these places are local, tasty and chip. In bathroom there is a bath and homemade soap. In the room there are small presents, that is surprising you (snacks, fruits).

Hosts Anna & Giovanni couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Lovely room, very clean with everything you need for your stay. Great location, short walk to tram that goes directly to main station. Lovely little patio that you can enjoy a glass of wine! Can highly recommend, and will go back if ever in Firenze again.

The Accomodation was very well equipped for travellers, from the kitchen facilities, to the toiletries and extras available like sewing kit, insect repellant etc. very comfortable room and bedding, with AC. Good location, walk to the tram which gets you into the centre of Florence. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Florence.

Stayed for the 3rd Thursday of the month, so had to park a bit further away as the streets had to be cleaned during the night. Anna gave us clear instructions though to address this issue.

Anna and Giovanni were very helpful and addressed any issues we had promptly. The location is a bit of a walk, but still walking distance to all the amazing sights in Florence.

The service was excellent; facilities from washing machines to printers were available, on top of the great accommodation from Anna and Giovanni. The surprise welcome gift was a nice touch, on top of the well-decorated room and bathroom. Common spaces were clean and well-equipped as well. Overall excellent!
