The host was lovely and was very accommodating - overall pleasant experience.

Shower was abit small - no window in the bathroom which can feel quite claustrophobic. The kitchen appliances such as the kettle and the coffee machine had limescale which we couldn’t use.

The hostess is most kind and helpful and the apartment is conveniently located.

We fell in love with the room and the location — it was the best place to stay. It truly felt like home. The room was clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. The view from the window looked directly onto a beautiful church. It was cosy and comfortable. We loved everything and highly recommend it!

Great location- wonderful pizza place recommended in Via Galilei - Room was well appointed, comfortable and bed made daily- mini fridge and drinks - and good hanging space - shower and washing facilities good - secure entry to building with lift or stairs- good wi-fi - great communication with host who’s daughter collected us from Termini on arrival- will hope to visit again soon

The location was perfect. Quiet, safe neighbourhood yet close enough to walk to many of the sights or catch the hop on hop off bus .

Perhaps the bedding could be improved, otherwise a very nice room.

Room with a View 105 is outstanding. The room is bright, spacious, and quiet, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged and in excellent condition. The location is hard to beat. You’re within easy walking distance of key attractions, with plenty of good food, coffee, and local shops just around the corner. Public transport is nearby, but you won’t need it much. Cleanliness was flawless. The room was spotless on arrival and clearly kept to a high standard. Fresh linens, tidy bathroom, no signs of wear or neglect. The support from the host was excellent. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful from booking through to check-out. Any questions were answered quickly and politely.

I loved everything about this stay! Frederica picked us up from the train station and showed us around the neighborhood. She provided great recommendations for local restaurants and even helped us book reservations at one of the locations. (If you stay here, no need to look up places to eat because Frederica’s list was amazing.) She also provided a map and gave us an overview of the city and the metro. It is very close walk to the Colosseum, but this area has a local feel, away from the tourism. The view from the room was great as well. I highly recommend everyone stay here.

The property was spotlessly clean and tidy . Towels changed room cleaned immaculately. Furnished very well with fabulous amenities. Wonderful location . A lovely park to walk through en route to the Colloseum .

Absolutely nothing - it was fabulous . Very safe and fabulous security system in place .

Apartment is great, clean and with everything you need. View is amazing and even you are in the center of the city you don't hear the noise. Apartment is cleaning every day and every 3️⃣. Day you've got a new towels. You've got a coffee maker and free coffee with a view every day. Colosseum is 10 minutes away, and metro station is 5 minus away, so you can get wherever you want in less than 15 minutes. We have a great time here, and we are so grateful to our hosts. Hope to come back soon.

Comfy place, very convenient. The people who took care of me for this place were very helpful - they drove me to the place from the train station and even came to help me figure out the window at nighttime. The beds are fine and the bathroom is decent.

It's a bit on the noisy side because of the street - if you're a light sleeper, just be aware that earplugs are recommended. Also, it would have been nice to have the showerhead a little higher up.

Superb location. Spotlessly clean. The room was generously sized. The room had responsive and effective heating. Extremely welcoming and helpful owners. We would definitely recommend staying here and will return.

Name of the apartment is Room with a view and that name is justified when you enter the first time. Close to the metro station and next to bus station. We will come back definitely

Very good location, 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. Clean apartment, well equipped. Enough space for a few days stay.
